Location! Location! Location! There are more than 20 golf courses in addition to those of Oyster Links. The short drive to Calabash offers dining and shopping opportunities. Just 8 miles south is North Myrtle Beach where you can enjoy live entertainment, countless restaurants, dancing, amusement parks, shopping and so much more.The clubhouse with beautifully maintained outdoor pool, indoor heated pool with hot tub and fitness center, green space and barbecue grill are all just steps from our patio. Our comfortable condo can give you and your family or guests a quiet restful retreat or you can enjoy the many activities the area has to offer.
Our first floor unit, is located in Colony II of the Oyster Bay Golf Links, I counted just 16 steps to the pool! 1.5 miles from the beautiful pristine beaches of Sunset Beach. We are just a short 10 miles to the fabulous Grand Strand of Myrtle Beach to the heart of everything Myrtle has to offer, minutes to Calabash, the proclaimed seafood capital.
Our condo offers a light, bright and open floor plan, air conditioning, ceiling fans and ceramic tile throughout, new carpeting in the bedrooms, high domed ceilings, plantation blinds and all new furnishings. The master bedroom offers cottage style furniture with a queen bed, TV. There is a large walk in closet as well as extraordinary bathroom with double sinks and walk in shower with seat.
The second bedroom features wicker and wood furnishings, a queen bed and double closet, TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds with rattan double dresser/mirror and pocket door closet with a TV/VCR combo. The second bathroom is located off the entry between these two rooms, it has a shower and tub with a large vanity. Bed linens and towels are provided for our guests. There is a full sized washer and dryer, ironing board and iron and hair dryers available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, serving dishes, cookware, glassware and small appliances to ease your meal preparation and enjoyment. It is separated from the rest of the living area by a wrap around bar with two stools. The dining area has seating for seven comfortably. The living area has double French doors leading outside, TV, DVD, stereo and comfortable seating.

Not much to say,we love the beach, we love Sunset. We are a young couple 50's, our family has enjoyed the beach many a season. Look forward to being there at least 2-3 times a year
Why the Owner Chose Sunset Beach
We have been vacationing at Sunset for the lasts 10+years. Our family has always enjoyed and looked forward to Sunset, especialy the turtles! We have been able to see multiple turtle hatchings and it is an experience we will never forget!!!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We are so close to Myrtle Beach or to Wilmington can see and do whatever our hearts desire or just be a lazy and be a bunch of beach bumbs!
