It is only 10 miles to Lake Almanor, and only 3 miles to Round Valley Lake, and walking distance to town. The home has never been lived in - Super clean! Large Master Bedroom has a king size bed, en Suite bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and Shower. Second Bedroom has a trundle bed, en Suite Bathroom with shower. The large living room has a TV and DVD There is a Big Back Yard on Canyon Creek with a large Deck for barbecuing. Lake Almanor, located just nine miles from Greenville, is the largest lake in Plumas Co. The lake offers boating, bicycling , swimming and angling for trout in season. Public picnic areas, and free public boatramp is within a 10 to 15 minute drive from Greenville. Round Valley Reservoir, also called Bidwell Lake, is located just 3 miles from Greenville. Lying at a 4500 foot elevation and ringed by fragrant conifers, it contains numerous large-mouth bass plus an abundance of blue gill. Taylor Lake lies directly below the Forest Service Lookout on Kettle Rock Peak. Also a favorite with local anglers who covet its Eastern Brook Trout. Just 7 miles from Greenville is Mount Huff Golf Course. A nine-hole, par 33 course, open all year, weather permitting. Golf course has Pro shop, lunch counter and driving range/practice green .
