We stayed at this rental for 3 nights while exploring Quebec. It is a clean, well kept rental in an excellent location - even if you don't have a car. The buses are frequent and you can walk the 2 miles to Old Town Quebec. We stayed while cycling the Route Verte and we were pleased with the accomodations for our bikes. The apartment is very close to Quebec City bikes paths and makes it easy to get around. We also loved being close to the Old Market, where we got our dinner ingredients, and were able to make dinner in the well appointed kitchen. We appreciated the washer and dryer, along with laundry soap, at the mid point of our cycling trip. Also included were reading materials in English, something not available at many locations. This was helpful on a rainy afternoon. The 2 beds were very comfortable. Also included, at our request, was a cot. This was not very comfortable - perhaps the only drawback to this wonderful place. Our host was exceptionally helpful in directing us to places of interest and explaining the bus system. We rode our bikes to Montmorency Falls - which was a delightful place to visit. Our only regret is we didn't have more time to visit. We would recommend this rental to others.

We enjoyed our three days in this apartment, which was an excellent base for exploring QC and environs. The apartment was just minutes away from the Old City and close to the highways for exploring the nearby attractions. A very nice supermarket is just blocks away. Free parking on the property is a plus -- no need to seek street parking. Lise and Pierre were great hosts, even providing a "starter" supply of groceries. After active days of touring and sightseeing, we appreciated the comfortable amenities of a quiet neighborhood, kitchen and electronics, including cable TV and wi-fi. We also caught up on our laundry by using the washer/dryer on the premises. This is a cost-effective and more comfortable alternative to a hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights in August for our Quebec City vacation. It was much better than any hotel, because of the space available for privacy after a long day of sightseeing as a family! The kitchen is large and complete, and the laundry facilities were terrific. There was enough space for our family to enjoy our visit to the fullest. There is an outdoor public swimming pool nearby (5 min walk) that offered FREE public swims every afternoon! My children thought that this was the best part by far! The landlords are very friendly, and welcomed us upon our arrival with a fridge stocked with water, juice, and some snacks - perfect after a long drive. The landlords also provided us with tour maps and brochures, plus driving directions to almost every sight we wanted to see! They even gave us advice about local grocery stores - thank you! I would highly recommend this apartment for your visit to Quebec City.

We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Quebec City area. The apartment is a perfect place to stay - it is indeed about eight minutes by car to Old Quebec but is also great in that it is not far from anything you would want to do in the surrounding area. The apartment is very clean and well equipped and the hosts are very nice and accomodating even providing milk, bread, eggs, cheese, jams, juice, and water - for your visit. There was plenty of room for two adults and two teens. And, having a full sized washer and dryer was an added convenience. Wonderful, just wonderful. Thank you!

This apartment is perfectly located for visits to Old Quebec, Ile de Orleans and points north and any other attraction in the area. Close to a top notch super market and other services. It was all the VRBO listing claimed. There is a park-like side yard with table and chairs, which provides a wonderful option for enjoying the outdoors on a nice day. The large gas barbeque grill was a big hit with us. We cooked in 3 of the 4 nights we were there. Lise and Pierre, the owners, live next door and were most welcoming and helpful. This is definitely a place to tell otherrs about and to come back to.

We stayed in this very nice apartment for 4 nights in late August 2009. The unit is well equipped with its own backyard and driveway. The French chef themed dishes were so appropriate!!! The location is great - close to the sights of Old Quebec and the surrounding area. Thanks, Lise and Pierre for your hospitality. We really enjoyed our first visit to your beautiful city!

Our family stayed here for 5 nights in July 2009. We spent much of our vacation time exploring Old Québec City. The apartment is close to the city, just a few minutes by car. It is clean, quiet, nicely decorated, and has all of the amenities of home. We had many of our meals at the apartment, and spent time relaxing after spending a day walking in the Old City. This was our first visit to Québec, and we enjoyed our stay in the apartment and visiting the city. We would stay in Lise and Pierre's home again if we make a return trip to this area in the future!

We had a lovely 3-night stay last week on an extended trip through Quebec and truly enjoyed our stay. Our hosts, Pierre and Lise were there to meet us when we arrived and were very helpful throughout our time there. The apartment is clean, comfortable and was ideally located for us. Just a few minutes from the Old City, it was nice to be able to visit for the wonderful museums, historical sites and restaurants. We were also very pleased to find the bike trails to the waterfalls at Montmorency, the Isle of Orleans and the Old City just a few short blocks away. The accommodations were better than those of two of the B&B's we stayed at elsewhere in Quebec and were more reasonable in cost.
