Welcome to tranquility - nestled among the tall pines, live oaks and cassine trees, surrounded by a nature preserve yet only a short walk (2-300 yards) from the white sands and blue green water of Seagrove Beach. Beautifully furnished, large and private, this end unit town home has 1200 square feet of comfort, relaxation and enjoyment. It is located near the entrance of a nature/fitness trail in the quietest neighborhood of Cassine Gardens whose attractive grounds include 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, a picturesque fishing lake with walkover bridge, picnic pavilion with grill, basketball hoop in a setting of beautiful hydrangeas, ferns, magnolias and seasonal flowers.
After a day on the beach, hiking and biking or relaxing by the pool, you may enjoy an evening meal at your choice of many excellent restaurants nearby or prepare your own dinner in the fully equipped kitchen and dine at home with lovely views of nature from every window. A DVD player and/or a VCR is available for your after dinner movie, and you will find TVs in living room and in master bedroom. Both spacious bedrooms have queen size beds and full, private baths. The master bedroom also has a very private balcony which is so close to nature, it feels like a tree house.
There are so many fun activities within the grounds of Cassine Gardens, other than crossing the road to the beach, you may not want to leave. But if shopping is on your vacation agenda, you can find many unique shops along County Road 30-A or travel to the fabulous Outlet Mall on Highway 98. For nightlife, you are five to ten minutes from Seaside, Grayton or Rosemary Beaches where you’ll find concerts, restaurants and activities of interest for all ages.
Whether your style is active or laid back, sandcastles or nature walks, you will enjoy your stay in this very special place.
