Spectacular oceanfront private home with 125 feet of ocean frontage and breathtaking views of the entire coastline and lighthouse. Wake up to the sounds of the ocean. The beach is accessed by your private walk to the beach. No public access is adjacent to the property. This contemporary offers several decks to view the ocean. A rooftop deck gives a 360 degree view of the area. Come off the beach and then take a dip in your private pool which is right on the beach deck. (The pool is enclosed by a safety fence) In the evening take a warm soak in your private hot tub.
The set-up for the home is conducive to easy entertaining and comfort. Two master bedroom suites. Two living rooms allow you and the children to enjoy the home in different rooms. Mature trees shelter this unique property with total privacy in all directions. There is a 2 car garage for use by renters. You won't want to leave!!

All I can say is that the pictures do not do this property justice. If you want privacy in a 4 star accomodation place, this is it. This is an expensive rental but once you see the accomodations and the views you will understand why. Unlike all of the other beachfronts we have stayed in you wont have the droves of people walking next to your property. And because of the dune height you can see the water but the people on the beach cant see you. PRIVACY! The house is fully equipped with everything you might need. Even the beach toys are included. There are alot of extras here from the linens and beach towels to a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen (with a full assortment of types of coffees and teas). What was really nice was having a garage for our cars or bikes. It came in very handy. There is an extra full size refridgerator in the lowest level which was an extra bonus beyond the full size and bar refridgerator in the kitchen. We didnt have to fight over the master bedroom suite because there were 2 of them. We were sorry to stay for only 1 week and will definitely be back.

We just returned from spending a week there, and I wish it could have been two. We had one of the best vacations ever. The house was wonderful; very spacious and comfortable. The owner is very pleasant to work with and provides just about everything you need. We brought our clothes and provided our food, that was it. The bed linens, bath and beach towels are all in excellent shape, nothing is worn out. There is plenty of beach furniture, and toys. Getting to the beach is a 30 second walk down the private access walk. In a word, our experience was perfect.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We rented this property for two weeks in the summer and it was one of the best family vacations we ever had! The location simply cannot be beat: beachfront in loveladies! The house is beautiful, everything is completely in order, perfectly clean and clearly marked for easy use and, most importantly - extremely comfortable. The pool and hot tub located steps from the beach was a great amenity. The owners are exceedingly gracious and friendly. I would highly recommend this property - it is even better than advertised! The house is perfect for entertaining family and friends that can visit while you are on vacation. There are also many activities right nearby to keep everyone active and entertained: Parasailing, Fishing, Kayaking, The Beach (of course), Bikes, Golf, Great Dining, Fantasy Island for small kids at other end of the Island or other nearby Boardwalks within a 45 minute drive. Too many fun activities and things to do... The two weeks flew by and we were sad to end our vacation, but we were thrilled we chose to spend two weeks on the Jersey Shore, particularly in the luxury of this outstanding property.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.
