A rooftop deck gives a 360 degree view of the area. Come off the beach and then take a dip in your private pool which is right on the beach deck. (The pool is enclosed by a safety fence) In the evening take a warm soak in your private hot tub.
The set-up for the home is conducive to easy entertaining and comfort. Two master bedroom suites. Two living rooms allow you and the children to enjoy the home in different rooms.
