Visting Historic Annapolis can be more fun by just walking out the front door and being one block from the US Naval Academy, Maryland State capital building, the William Pace mansion, Brice House, Chase Llyod house, St.John's College plus many other historic sites around Annapolis. Of course, you are half a block from the shops of Maryland Avenue and short walk to Main Street.
The home was built in the 1800's for the three unmarried daughters of a merchant whose large brick house adjoins the property. There is a large front porch with a swing for relaxing and for cocktails in the late afternoon. The dining room seats six comfortably with more chairs available. But don't forget all the great resturants just steps away from the front door. The kitchen was recently remodeled adding granite tops and a pass through to the breakfast area. During the summer months you can dine in the backyard on the brick patio.
The living room sofa is a sleeper if it is needed. Two bedrooms and full bath on the second floor as well as a dressing area which also has a sleep sofa. House has oriental style rugs on the orginal old pine floor. We are sure you will enjoy your stay in the heart of Old Town Annapolis. PROPERTY HAS A CONFIRMED BOOKING FOR COMMISSIONING 2010.
