By far as we are concerened, if you love the beach you can not find a better location. Beautifull view of the emerald waters from our balcony and the area is less crowded. Walk to Restaurants and deli. you are only minutes away from shopping. golf and great places to eat!

Beautiful kept property, maintenance man on duty 5 days week, office person on property 5 days a week. Pool heated all year 84 degress along with new hot tub. Only 36 units on property. Walking path right outside your door! Less than a minute walk to "Best Beach in Florida" as according to Southern Living Magazine!

I just wanted you to know we really enjoyed our stay in your condo! The kitchen was nicely equipt and we had everything we needed.The beds were very comfortable.I really enjoyed the walking trail,i ran every morning and felt completly safe.It was our first time to Destin and we will stay at your condo again!
