Beautifully decorated unit with more than enough extras. Many stays at Grand Carribean, but first time in this unit. It is now on my favorite list. Love the location as well. Owners responded very quickly to my many emails (this was my first experience with VRBO and I didn't know what to expect). Thanks for the great experience!

The property was clean and well cared for. The drawback was noise during the day and nightly from the units above and below. We would not recommend this particular unit.

Owner response:The unit above ours was being remodeled after new owners recently purchased, so the noice was unavoidable and they have completed their work! As far as noice below, no one in complex is aware of such! Our condo as you see recieves consistent great reviews and if you see our calendar you see we are booked throughout the year! I promise there is not a finer condo in complex with fantastic view of gulf!

We loved your beautiful condo and the Destin area. We especially appreciated how clean everything was and also all the hints about the surrounding area, which made it so much easier to find our way around! Owner made us feel very welcome.

Had a great time at the condo! My husband and I brought our 3 girls aged 10, 8, and 5 on vacation to Destin. The condo worked well. The girls took turns rotating bunk beds to the fold out couch; which eliminated any arguing about who sleeps where. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean was nice and it is a very short walk to the beach! The owner was very responsive to our questions and easy to work with. His description of the condo matched the place perfectly! Very convenient location too! Love that there are no highrise condos nearby.

We had a great time at your condo, and loved the close location to the beach. Condo was very pretty, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the balcony. Big enough for all of us to sit out during the morning and at night with wonderful views. Enjoyed the convenience of the beach access right across the street. Also loved the easy short drive it took to get to our favorite restaurants and awesome shopping. Thanks for your prompt communication regarding our reservations. We plan to return one day!

Our stay at Destin was made very enjoyable by our comfortable, convenient condo. The condo had a great view, wonderful environment, and almost everything you would need at your own home. My wife and I were very relaxed during our trip, and my children absolutely loved it. We will definently come back next summer!

My husband and I stayed here for a week in May 2011. This is a GREAT location! We loved the easy access to the beach and the walking/ bike trail. The owner was easy to work work with and gave us very helpful suggestions on restaurants and area attractions. Thanks! We had a wonderful stay.

I just wanted you to know we really enjoyed our stay in your condo! The kitchen was nicely equipt and we had everything we needed.The beds were very comfortable.I really enjoyed the walking trail,i ran every morning and felt completly safe.It was our first time to Destin and we will stay at your condo again!
