  My daughter and I went on my first vacation in 5 years, way overdue. This was a great place to stay. The owner,Tiffanie gave us good tips about things to do and see. My daughter is a personal chef and the updated kitchen is the highlight of this condo. We stopped at Whole Foods, near the airport and loaded up with the basics for the week. There are some good restaurants in Kihei, including 808 Bistro and Coconuts and our favorite, Pacific'O in Lahiana is organic and right on the beach, what a beautiful setting. The beaches, across the street from this complex, are great for swimming, but have small waves. Not too far from Kihei is Big Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Maui. Their are many waterfalls on the way to Hana, but hidden from the road, so you will need a good Maui guide book to find them. A real treat was Iao Valley. A local told us that the waters there are healing, so we wore our suits and went in for a cooling dip. This whole trip was a retreat, the Island is so beautiful.

  Kihei is the perfect place on the island for sunny weather! The condo is clean and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful! Very family friendly and easy walking to beaches and park. You have access to everything you need for an awesome stay except one thing. If you go during migration season, be sure to take a pair of binoculars! The Atlantis submarine ride is a must, as is Quicksilver for snorkeling in Molokini! Big Beach is awesome, but take the beach umbrella for both sun and rain. We will recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to the Islands! Fred's restaurant is fun and casual, 5Palms is nice with a great view, Buzz's in Ma'alaea harbor has good food and view and for the ultimate island shopping head to Lahaina! Now that we have found the place to stay, we are all looking forward to our next visit!

  This condo fulfilled all of our needs, fully updated kitchen, bathrooms and well appointed decorating throughout condo. The property was clean and very well maintained. Proximity to beaches, shopping and restaurants couldn't be better. Found Tiffanie very nice and easy to deal with, answered all of our many questions. All in all we had a great vacation and have all ready booked for a month next year. Would recommend this property to friends and relatives.

  We just came back from a 12 day stay at Tiffanie and George's condo and want to say a big THANK YOU! It was our first time to Maui and this condo was exactly what we were looking for. It was beautifully furnished, very clean and well equipped! All we had to do is walk across the street to the beach that had a nice park for the kids and washrooms. The kids loved the pool and the game room area in the complex and we enjoyed hearing all the birds on the property. What a great location and a comfortable home away from home. Tiffanie was wonderful to deal with. Tks again! We will surely be back.

  My girlfriend and I stayed here earlier this month. The condo was exactly as described and very clean. The location is ideal because we were able to walk across the street to the beach and to the many restaurants that are close by. The owners had great communication leading to our arrival and were easy to deal with. We look forward to coming back to this beautiful island and staying your condo again. Mahalo!

  This was my first experience taking a home and visiting Maui. I like this apartment, everything was clean and tidy. Very nice kitchen and bathrooms. It is close to the Kamaole Beach and just 5-10 min drive to most of the South Maui beaches. (I like South Maui more than west side.)

  Recommended for: Families with young children.

  We spent 10 days at Tiffanie and George's beautiful condo. Tiffanie went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Pluses: Awesome king bed, 2 lovely bathrooms, fully equipped granite kitchen, beach gear, central air (used to cool down, but not needed all the time), two flat screens, good size swimming pool and hot tubs and attentive staff at Kam Sands. Also, happy hour at 5 Palms and dinner at Fred's Mexican. Minuses - had only 10 days to spend there. Highly recommend!

  Just made arrangements with Tiffanie this week to return to their great condo next summer. She is extremely responsive and pleasant work with. We stayed in this unit 6/2008 and had a wonderful vacation-no problems what so ever. The condo is nicely appointed and spotlessly clean-the pictures are very accurate. Even though it is just my husband and I, we really appreciate the 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer in the unit. Also, having central AC is a huge plus...even if you don't end up using it, I think it's important to have it available. The property grounds are well maintained and pretty-the beach across the road and some restaurants are easily walkable. The price is very reasonable for this condo and I highly recommend a stay here...you won't be disappointed!!

  My wife and little girl stayed for a week in June and before coming back we were trying to plan our next trip back. Tiffanie was very helpful and patient answering all sorts of questions we had as it was our first time visiting Maui. The unit is exactly as shown in the pictures which was a relief to know there were no hidden surprises. The AC in the unit was also a definate bonus. The property was very well maintained and hospitality from staff was exceptional.
