We spent 10 days at Tiffanie and George's beautiful condo. Tiffanie went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Pluses: Awesome king bed, 2 lovely bathrooms, fully equipped granite kitchen, beach gear, central air (used to cool down, but not needed all the time), two flat screens, good size swimming pool and hot tubs and attentive staff at Kam Sands. Also, happy hour at 5 Palms and dinner at Fred's Mexican. Minuses - had only 10 days to spend there. Highly recommend!

My wife and little girl stayed for a week in June and before coming back we were trying to plan our next trip back. Tiffanie was very helpful and patient answering all sorts of questions we had as it was our first time visiting Maui. The unit is exactly as shown in the pictures which was a relief to know there were no hidden surprises. The AC in the unit was also a definate bonus. The property was very well maintained and hospitality from staff was exceptional.

We could not have been happier with our condo rental experience. Everything was as good as or better than promised. Tiffanie was professional and easy to work with. Any questions we had were answered promptly and often times with helpful extra information that we didn’t think to ask. The unit was clean, nicely decorated, and well appointed; the grounds were nice and safe with a wonderful pool area; and the location was perfect for what we were looking for in a maui vacation. If you are staying in the Kihei area rent this unit, you won’t be disappointed.

We just returned from our Spring Break in Maui with two children in tow. We have stayed at Kamaole Sands multiple times in the past, but this particular unit was the nicest we have experienced. The entire unit is brand new and its size accommodated two adults, one child and one infant perfectly. The central a/c was also a wonderful addition for the warm, still afternoons.

Great Maui Condo

My husband and I rented this condo at Christmas this past year. We are going to be renting it again this coming Christmas as well. The condo was wonderful, tastefully decorated, well appointed and close to lots of activities in south kihei. We have been coming to Maui (Kamaole Sands) for twenty three years and this is one of the best condo's we have stayed in to date. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone travelling to Maui. A very well-kept, tastefully furnished unit with everything we needed to enjoy a week in Maui. The unit was exactly as pictured and had a great floor plan that ensured no line-ups for the washroom. We especially appreciated the coffee maker and the in-unit washer and dryer. Tiffianie provided excellent customer service during the booking process and was helpful in noting the amenities available at Kamaole Sands. I would highly recommend that friends/ family stay at this unit, and if we are lucky enough to return to Maui, we will certainly look to book this unit again. My wife, teenage son and I spent ten days in this wonderfully appointed and very affordable condo at the end of March. We've been to Kamaole Sands several times in recent years and I can honestly say that this condo was the nicest. It's a little out of the way in building 8, but we actually enjoyed being somewhat removed. The lanai was large and offered lots of privacy. Everything was upgraded...the kitchen, bathrooms, TVs, etc. The flat panel TVs and DVD library were a big hit for those evenings when we just wanted to relax after a long day in the sun. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay that won't break the bank.

Kamole Sands - A Home Away From Home

My husband spent three nights in Maui in March at this wonderful 1 bedroom condo in Kamaole Sands. Right away we felt at home. The property was beautiful, well kept and within walking distance to the beach, local shops and restaraunts. We saw some amazing sun sets! The condo unit was perfect. It was beautfiully furshined and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, to include a comfortable kitchen and dining area when we didn't want to go out to eat. The property management staff was friendly and responded to our requests in a timely manner. It was all in all a great place to vacation. Thanks Tiffanie and George! We'll be back.

This ws the first time my husband and I had been to Maui, it literally felt like coming home every night after a full day of activities. Your pictures dont due justice to your lovely condo. It is beautiful. We enjoyed the property as well as the activities director, a great resource! Tiffany and George were very helpful to us (especially during our tsunamni scare lol) - Im torn here - As I would recommend this to everyone, but also know that the more people who come, the more will return and tie up the calendar, just kidding - COME SEE PARADISE. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunsets and a glass of wine. The beach is immediately across the street and a great spot to unwind and the condo has everything you need for the beach. Its within walking distiance of great restaurants and shopping! We will be back! Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us.

I love Kamaole Sands and this property is excellent. I would definitely recommend it to friends. It was clean and bright, very tastefully decorated, and well-maintained. It looked exactly like the photos - the kitchen is awesome. The lanai was great too - had a nice mix of shade and sun which was perfect. I really liked the location within the condo complex - it's far enough away from the noise of the center and pool area that it's a quiet and peaceful haven to come back to. There was easy access to building 8 from the side road and the parking spot was close which meant you didn't have to carry things a long way. If and when I'm heading back to Maui this property will definitely be my first choice of places to stay.

My wife and I stayed at the beautiful condo for the Labor Day weekend. We had a great time and recommend staying here. The location suited us nicely since it is in between Lahaina (shopping, nightlife, and eating) and Wailea (beaches, snorkeling). The condo felt like home and we were very comfortable. It is fitted with all the supplies you will need to have a great time at the beach.

We stayed at George and Tiffanie's condo June 17-27, 2009. This is the 5th time we have been to Hawaii and the 3rd to Maui, and the 2nd to Kamaole Sands. Tiffanie was great to book with and answered any questions I had. Their unit was the best we have stayed in, It was very comfortable, clean and decorated very nicely, it felt like home away from home. I would recommend anyone planning a trip to Maui to stay here. After a day of activities we looked forward to arriving back at the condo to relax. I hope when planning our next trip to Maui George and Tiffanies unit will be available. We stayed in Tiffanie and George's condo from May 6th-10th, 2009 and would highly recommend it, in fact we have already, to anyone wanting to visit Maui. The condo itself is warm and welcoming and decorated in tasteful island artwork and original photographs. Much nicer than most cliche decor in hotels and other condos we've stayed at. The upgrades are amazing- well thought out lighting, beautiful quality materials- granite, tile, glass, etc. Makes for a premium experience. Having two full bathrooms made it so much easier as well. Huge lanai with all of the necessary beach accessories- boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, cooler, etc. Lastly- central air. Need I say more? Stay here. You will not be disappointed. Also worth noting, the staff, pool, grounds, and fitness room on the resort are all great additions to an already great condo and island experience.

This being our first trip to Maui, it will undoubtedly go down as one our best vacations ever. Tiffanie was extremely helpful in preparing us for making the best use of our time there. Her suggestion to stop at Costco after we arrived ensured we could kick back after a day at the beach or exploring the island, sip a little wine after dinner, and enjoy the view from the lanai. The unit is immaculate, is very clean and has had much thought put into every detail throughout. You don’t feel compelled to go out every night, with such comfortable surroundings. Tiffanie has designed the interior, and George has framed and hung some of his own incredible pictures of the island. Both of their contributions add a really nice personal touch to the place. We viewed another unit in the complex at an open house, and there was really no comparison. We definitely plan on returning to Maui and hope we are fortunate enough to still be able to arrange a stay at Tiffanie & George’s condo. Thank you for letting us enjoy some time in your little piece of paradise.

This was my first trip to Maui and I was fortunate we were able to stay in this unit. My son and I went for my brother's wedding. This unit was awesome. It was beautiful, very clean and comfortable and so close to the beach. The updated kitchen was awesome with the granite counter tops and great appliances. Tiffanie was so accomodating and her recommendations for dinner places were right on! I will most definitely recommend this unit to everyone I know. I had family staying in other units at Kamaole Sands as well as at other places in Kehei and this unit by far was the best - all my family agreed! If I ever get the chance to go back to Maui, I know where I'll be staying. Thank you George & Tiffanie for opening up your vacation home to us - it was great! And George - great pictures!

This was our second time in Maui. Kamaole Sands is a wonderful family orientated complex. This unit was a fabulous place to call home during our stay. We enjoyed preparing meals in the modern kitchen, then sitting on the large Lanai to eat. If we weren't on the beach, we could still catch the sunsets from the units ocean view. The owners were easy to get a hold of to answer any questions and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely our preferred place to stay.

This was our third condo at Kamaole Sands and by far the nicest! Very niceley appointed, well decorated & furnished, and very clean. Very good! Such beautiful new renovations made for an even more enjoyable and relaxing stay. First class! Much better than others in the same price range, and coordinating the stay with Tiffanie was a pleasure. Overall we loved your place and we will try to stay with you again! The Kamole Sands complex offers everything you could want, and it's proximity to Kam III beach and the park make it pretty much perfect!

I had a fantastic time staying in this condo. Every aspect about this unit is more beautiful and comfortable than the pictures convey, especially the kitchen. It takes no more than three minutes to walk to the beach from this building, so don't be swayed by the units in Buildings 1 and 10 that claim to be superior for being closest to the sand. I would also like to praise the owners of this unit, Tiffanie and George. They were so pleasant and helpful. Tiffanie was always quick to respond to my questions to ensure I had a trouble-free vacation. This was my first visit to Hawaii, and it was enhanced even more so by having a home like this to return to every night. I would be lucky to stay here again when I return next time. I highly recommend this unit to anyone. Thanks.

Thank you so much for the wonderful place to stay. The condo was just as nice as it looks in the pictures. I want to Maui for a friend's wedding so I was able to see several other units and this was the nicest one by far(at the same price if not less) than everyone else had. Also it was such a pleasure talking to Tiffanie on the phone that I felt like I was renting from a friend! I will definitely recommend this unit to all my friends!

Just made arrangements with Tiffanie this week to return to their great condo next summer. She is extremely responsive and pleasant work with. We stayed in this unit 6/2008 and had a wonderful vacation-no problems what so ever. The condo is nicely appointed and spotlessly clean-the pictures are very accurate. Even though it is just my husband and I, we really appreciate the 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer in the unit. Also, having central AC is a huge plus...even if you don't end up using it, I think it's important to have it available. The property grounds are well maintained and pretty-the beach across the road and some restaurants are easily walkable. The price is very reasonable for this condo and I highly recommend a stay here...you won't be disappointed!!
