We absolutely LOVED this beach rental! It is exactly as the pictures portray - proximity to beach, amenities and view - it has it all! We are a family of six plus a small dog, and we all stayed very comfortably there. We cannot recommend it highly enough - Tammy is wonderful, and we will definitely be back. Lord willing, we plan to make it our vacation "home away from home"!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

If you want to get a great feel for real unspoiled FL beaches and stay in a beautiful, comfortable and spacious ocean view townhome that is kept clean and offered at a reasonable price....I can't imagine there being a nicer place or a better deal......Tammy was great.. and she keeps her property beautifully maintained..Her townhouse was like a home for us away from home....right on the beach with oceanfront balcony and views......We loved it!!.....thanks Tammy......Francis and Patty......ps.....We were married on the beach during our stay in a barefoot sunset ceremony!....and we will be back for our anniversary if not sooner!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Tammy was a pleasure to deal with; the town home was clean, spacious, very comfortable, and with the perfect access to your own piece of beach front!!!! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Melbourne Beach, and trust VRBO to look for other rental properties for vacation spots. D.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Spent Half of Jan and Feb at Tammy's Beach House in both 2012 & 2013 and loved every minute. The condo is very clean, well appointed and comfortably furnished. The 3 Bdrms give us flexibility for guest visits and the kitchen and dining areas are open & pleasant. The fenced in yard is great for our dog and the Upper deck, front deck and dune top Tiki hut are great for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The surf fishing is fun - even caught sharks and drum!! This was a great place for the family. The kids loved the onsite sand and water toys. Quiet, clean and beautiful inside and out. The master bedroon has a great private oceanview patio. Would definitely recommend to couples and families. Owner was very helpful and plesant to deal with. The beach was the cleanest I've seen on the Atlantic side.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

A very nice and quiet location. The beach was uncrowded. Comfortable three bedroom floorplan - good for a family gathering. We enjoyed it and would stay there again when traveling to the Melbourne Beach, FL area.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.
