Brand New-- The SeaCrest Condo is a fabulous condo in a great location on the north end of the beach. This condo features a beachfront pool and an oversized lanai with both dining and lounging furniture as well as a generous dining area for a party of ten. This condo is with in walking distance to the popular Times Square area. Take a short walk to beachfront dining, shopping, and outdoor entertainment. The condo is located on the quieter north end of Ft. Myers Beach with a wide white sugar sand beach.
The SeaCrest condo has a new complete gourmet kitchen with all the bells and whistles. The kitchen features all new Stainless appliances, granite, wine refrigerator and a large eating bar.
There is a big screen TV in the living area as well as two loft style recliners to relax, unwind and watch the sunset.
The condo has been professionally decorated in Key West Style with hues of yellow, light blue, and pale greens.
Each bedroom has an entertainment armoire. There also a Gamecube in the guest bedroom. The linens are all top quality 1100 thread count sheets, Egyptian cotton towels, etc.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest room has two twin beds as well as a roll away bed. The sofa in the living area pulls out to a double bed as well.
The bathrooms are marble and glass.
There is a full sized washer and dryer in your condo for your private use. Beach towels and hair dryers also provided.

I just wanted you to know we had a fabulous holiday in your condo at Fort Myers beach. Your taste in decorations and furnishings are excellent. This was truly home away from home, our two sons aged 17 and 15 really did feel at home - especially sat on the two leather recliner chairs watching the 52"screen T.V. The views from balcony were great especially when we saw dolphins very near to the shore line.
We have stayed in Fort Myers beach every year for the last 13 years and and I can honestly say your condo has been one of the best! Especially for its proximity to Times Square and access to the beach, but most of because it felt like home!.
