Cocoa Beach Pier - Condominium in Chateau by the Sea that is Oceanside with a Heated Pool This is a wonderful end unit, with windows on the north side of the building, ground floor, with the heated pool right off of your balcony. You can see the Cocoa Beach pier from your balcony in this condo as well as the horizon of the beach waters. This is an awesome two bedroom, two bath, direct ocean front condo just north of the Cocoa Beach pier. It has a "Rare" oceanside heated pool right outside your balcony, which my kids love! With plenty of action at the cocoa beach pier, dining, snacks, open bar, live music, beach, volleyball, pier fishing, (rent poles and buy bait right on pier) surfing equipment rental also available on beach. See cruise ships pass by almost daily. Enjoy the view, or just relax to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves right from your living room and master bedroom. Come see for yourself! Cancellations and Refunds : Once your reservation has been made and confirmed, your security deposit is refundable if your reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your check-in date. Your deposit will also be returned if your vacation had to be cancelled due to emergency weather conditions, such as hurricanes, or any other comparable emergency condition. Full refund of deposit with 90 day notice or hurricane related. 75% refund of deposit with 30 - 89 day notice. No refund with less than 30 day notice unless the confirmed reservation can be re-rented.

High Season Jan 05-Apr 30 & Jun 01-Aug 17 .. $1299/week (Saturday to Saturday).
Low Season  Apr 30-Jun 01 & Aug 17-Jan 04 .. $ 849/week.
50% down at time of reservation.
Must be 23 years old or older to rent. I am required to charge 11% FL Sales Tax.
$85 cleaning and Laundry fee. Towels and sheets provided.
$300 Refundable Security Deposit if paying by check.
Balance must be received by me 30 days prior to your stay in the condo. Thanks!
