Mountain Top Hideaway is located in the Aska Adventure Area and ONLY a mile from the beautiful Toccoa River. The area is surrounded by National Forest Service and wildlife abounds. The Toccoa River offers trout fishing, canoeing, kayaking, tubing and just good old fashioned Mountain River FUN. There are tubes for your use at the cabin and Tube rentals, Caone, Kayak, and River Raft rentals with shuttle service are available nearby. Lake Blue Ridge is a short ten minute drive away. Lake Blue Ridge is a beautiful, pristine TVA mountain lake and has several access areas, including a public marina that offers boat rentals.
Downtown Blue Ridge has numerous antique shops and is the home of the Blue Ridge Scenic Railroad. The beautiful Aska Wilderness area, Rich Mountain, and Benton Mckay Trail are all nearby. The Occoee Whitewater Olympic site is about 45 minutes away. Lake Dockery and the Deep Hole recreation area are just a short drive away. The Sandy Bottom canoe launching site on the Toccoa River is just a mile from the cabin.
Located in the Aska Adventure Area(one of the most popular areas of Blue Ridge). Mountain Top Hideaway is a great log cabin with lots of warm wood and plenty of room for everyone. Cabin offers great outdoor space with two decks, a great Mountain view, outdoor picnic table, Hammock, a porch swing, several rocking chairs, and a gas grill. There are 3 bedrooms with queen size beds. The lower level has a 'bunk room' with a full size bed on the bottom & a twin bed on the top bunk. The living room has a sleeper sofa and a beautiful stone fireplace with gas logs. The kitchen is fully equiped with dish & glass ware, pots & pans, and utensils. There is a picnic table on the bottom deck. ******The cabin will be decorated for Christmas,.....

My friends and I had a great time at your cabin. We loved the way that you have the cabin decorated. We hope to stay again in the near future so that we can enjoy walking along the Toccoa River.
