Year Purchased: 2005
We love going to Ft. Lauderdale in the winter and escaping the Northeast cold weather. Sometimes we just lay on the lounge chairs on the balcony for hours watching the boats go by and soaking up the sun.
Why the Owner Chose Coral Ridge
When we walked into this condo, after looking at quite a lot of others, we were immediately struck by two things: 1) the incredible water view from nearly every room; and 2) the spaciousness of the property. When you are in the den/guest bedroom watching television and someone else is in the master bedroom, you wouldn't even know there was anyone else with you. In addition, the condo is so convenient to everything: the beach, supermarkets, shopping, movies. We get fresh bagels every morning because Einstein's is only a 3-minute drive away.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Sometimes you just don't feel like getting in the car and driving to the beach, but that's no problem because you can either lounge at the pool and watch the mega yachts go by, or just take a 15-minute stroll across the Oakland Park bridge to the ocean.
