Our beautifully redecorated villa has captured the island theme with its furnishings, freshly painted colors and decorations throughout. This year, we’re focusing on upgrades to the master bedroom. Sleeps 7 – Master BR (King), 2nd BR (Queen, Twin), and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Private bath off master BR, and full bath with private access from 2nd BR and hallway (perfect for two families).
Our villa has all the conveniences to make your sea side get away fun, comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy free tennis at the nearby private Port Royal Racquet club, golfing for the serious and more casual golfers and biking throughout the island right outside your door.
Stay 'plugged in' if you choose with free wireless Internet, widescreen satellite HDTV and stereo/CD/DVD/VCR connections. Swim, wade or catch some rays at our oceanside pool (and kiddie pool)!
In addition to miles of beachfront, you are within biking or walking distance to shopping, services and public park and garden.

One of Best 2BR Homes that is REALLY Oceanfront

I searched and searched for a 2BR home that was direct oceanfront and that was close enough that you could sit on the couch and see the ocean! This is really an important feature especially for a winter time visit. This condo has one huge plate glass window and a large glass patio door so you literally can sit anywhere in the living room and see the ocean.Many of the condos at Hilton Head (especially newest ones) are located very far from the beach. You need binoculars to see the ocean. Another feature we really liked was the large deck. It had a table for 4 and then enough room left for another chair. So many of the condos have skinny little decks that you can barely fit two chairs on the patio. The furniture is large and comfy -- none of that cheapo rattan furniture that you often find at the beach. The master bedroom bed was wonderful-- very comfortable with a pillowtop. Patio doors there also provide a great view and access to the patio! The Folly Field beach is nice and wide and there is one great shelling area that you can walk to. There are great shopping carts and valet rolling units to get your groceries and luggage into the condo. The kitchen is well supplied. Also, the flat screen TV is large with lots of speakers. The wireless worked great and they gave you the code in the host booklet so you don't have to call owners to find that out. We brought our Roku and streamed videos and it worked great. We also had a small problem and the owners were unbelievably helpful and quick to resolve the issues. So, have a great time.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

We were very happy with our stay in the condo, it was exactly like the site claimed. The view of the ocean was amazing, especially at sunrise! It was a little far from the main part of the island, it was a more private location. We went in September so it was not very crowded and the weather was perfect, 80-85 degrees everyday and not much rain.
