Wireless high speed DSL internet provided with rental. The kitchen is open to the vaulted ceiling living room. The corner woodstove fireplace brings warmth in the winter and a great ambiance year round. The 1100 sq.ft Country Cottage is on one level with a full standing 10x10 loft with a 700 sq ft sunrise deck which wraps around the front and side of the house off the kitchen for outside dining 2 picnic tables, patio chairs and gas barbeque. The yard includes a sturdy tree house, fire pit and plenty of yard for entertaining. A fully enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower is a perfect way to end a day at the beach. Rates in CANADIAN DOLLARS - Pay by INTERACT email checks: Summer: $225 nightly, two night minimum, additional $150 nightly or $1200 per week. Off season: $125 nightly, two night minimum, additional $100 nightly or $750 per week. Rates based on 4 person occupancy. Additional guest $25 per person per night. Maximum occupancy 7 persons. Every reservation pays an additional $500 refundable security deposit and $100 non-refundable cleaning deposit. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. check-out is at 10 a.m. (except for weekend-only rentals where check out is at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday.
