Trendy Roscoe Village offers boutique shopping and a variety of restaurants and bars. Approx 5.5 blocks from Paulina "El" stop which will take you downtown.

  • The guesthouse was wonderful, spacious and very comfortable. The wedding we attended and shopping were all nearby. Loved Roscoe Village area. Friendly, helpful people. The owner handled the few concerns we had promptly. Looking forward to visiting again.

  • Staying at this Roscoe Village Guesthouse for a few days was a very good experience -- much better than a hotel. The fully equipped kitchen enables you to prepare a leisurely breakfast in your PJ's and if you're tired after a full day of traveling around the city, a quiet dinner. The two bathrooms were outstanding, one with a whirlpool tub and the other with an excellent shower AND a TV on the wall! The location is quiet, in a very nice neighborhood with interesting boutiques and restaurants within easy walking distance. It was a real home away from home. N and B Upstate NY
