Enjoy our light filled home with Mt. Bachelor view in the desirable north end of Sunriver. Bicycle path is close by and home is located on quiet cul-de-sac street close to the golf course and near Ft. Rock Park.
We offer free passes to the new $18 million Rec Center which will open end of May 2012. This can save you up to $25 per day per adult for the new park.
The home is nicely decorated and very well maintained, perfect for single families or group/business/church retreats. Vaulted ceilings, slate entry, wall of windows in the great room overlooking common area and a huge deck that runs the length of the house overlooking common area. We are betwen Circle 4 & 5 just a short bike ride to the Sunriver Village Mall, Pool, or the Sunriver Lodge.
This upper deck has 2 eating areas with a natural gas BBQand plenty of room to soak up the sun. A middle deck has a large 6-8 person hot tub for those wonderful Central Oregon soaks while star gazing. Lower deck affords another private area.
There are 2 Master Suites: the King Master Suite has a walk in closet and vaulted ceiling and access to the deck and hot tub. The Queen Master Suite has its own bath (with TV and DVD). Another Queen room is next to a bathroom with hot tub and deck access, and the 4th room has double set of bunks that will sleep 6 kids nicely (has its own TV and DVD).
Kitchen is huge, large enough for 2 families to cook at the same time with a eating bar that seats 3 so you can visit while meals are being prepared and adjoins the great room. Stocked with spices etc. Dining table seats 6 with additional 3 at counter, and extra seating with folding table is available. Place settings for 11.
We are just a short walk to the river and floating the Deschutes River and a short drive to Mt. Bachelor mountain with all the wonderful activities. Bend with shopping and dining is a short drive away and also the famous High Desert Museum
Lots of games, books, puzzles, DVD movie library and books for your use. Free Netflix streaming, new 47 LED TV.
Air Conditioning, bikes, sleds, slate gas fireplace to keep you comfy. Free WiFi. Foosball, air hockey, ping pong combo also. Bikes are included but we can't always guarantee the previous renter's use and the condition they left them in. There is a bike shop nearby if necessary.

This was a wonderfully quiet, private and spacious home. There were 5 of us, two couples and a single adult. We had our own bedrooms and our own baths, which gave us good privacy. The house had everything we needed and included an excellently stocked kitchen, plenty of space for both indoor and outdoor dining and relaxing. We enjoyed the Netflix and internet connectivity. The home is just far enough from the river to have a nice walk there and feel like you got a little exercise. We were close to the Newberry Crater sites, we saw them all. Just a beautiful home in a great location.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.

We are always a little reluctant to rent homes online for the obvious reasons. I am thankful that we decided to rent this home. It is a large, beautiful home, with a great floor plan. With 3 of the bedrooms downstairs, you could not ask for a better home to stay at with children. The bikes were great, miles of beautiful bike paths. The deck was wonderful, we watched the deer walk through every morning. This home was very clean and well organized. We can't say enough about how comfortable we felt. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.
