My sister and I have been vacation rental property owners for over 10 years and have come to understand the needs of travellers. We have had mountain, ski and beach properties. We love Destin and the white sand beaches the most so we now have 5 rentals in the area.
Why the Owner Chose Ciboney
We love the Frangista Beach / Miramar Beach area and this condo is just steps from one of our other homes. We love the ocean view from the big balcony and we chose this location because this complex offers so much: a big pool hidden away, lighted tennis courts for playing at night and the big deck out back for grilling fresh fish. And there is plenty of parking too.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love the ocean view from our oversized deck. We really like how much space there is for 2 families. We enjoy walking to everything from our condo like Pompano Joes, and other restaurants. We also enjoy walking our dogs on the bike path in the morning - its the thing to do!

We just finished a stay and loved it! Actually finding a pet friendly condo was a huge bonus for us. Very comfortable furnishings and a great view of the Gulf! Our kids are already talking about going back this summer. If you're looking for a kid and pet friendly unit, look no further. Thanks Amy!

We have been staying at Ciboney Seamist since the beginning of January and are heading home soon having stayed 3 months. Since this was our first time going away from home for so long we were a little nervous about what the life of a snowbird was all about. It didn't take us long to fit right in. The condo couldn't have been better, very tastefully decorated with everything we needed to make this holiday a memorable experience. Ideally situated, so close to the beach this truly was our home-away-from home for the winter. We were fortunate to have been able to take our dog with us and he enjoyed all the long walkies that he normally wouldn't have at home. This condo is absolutely gorgeous. It's a short walk across the road to the beach and sleeps at least 8. The owners have done a great job with the nice décor and upgraded amentities, such as flat screen tv and granite countertops. The balcony is huge and you can see the ocean. It's a short drive to the Bass Pro Shop or Outlets. I had a wonderful stay and can't wait to book my next trip. =]
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.

I really enjoyed my time at this condo. I am from New Orleans and one of my friends moved to Alabama. We wanted to go to Florida for her birthday weekend, however, she has small dogs that we needed to bring. This was not a vacation just a weekend thing so we looked for places that were inexpensive. The condo was really nice and right across the street from the beach. (Just a short walk) The room with the bunkbeds is very small but would be great for kids. All of the beds are very comfortable!!! I slept really good. I would defaintly go back and look forward to it.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
