Two floors have complete modern kitchens, full bathroom facilities, dining areas, and ceiling fans. Furniture, appliances, and appointments are new and in great condition. Tasteful decor lends to a comfortable atmosphere. The bottom two decks ceilings are water proof allowing you to still enjoy the outdoor view if the weather becomes not so friendly. There is also a sunning deck below, over the boathouse for those that want direct sun for tanning.
The top floor offers a gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings. Two floors have their own outdoor gas grills and a panoramic view to die for! The first floor offers a large bedroom with 2 single trundle beds (sleeping for 4) and a half bath. The attached walk out basement is accessed through bedroom 3, and is a studio with small kitchen, shower stall, and single/double bunk beds. Two picnic tables and a fire pit are located on the spacious lower deck for the large picnic gatherings. A paved drive leads you right to the front door with two parking spaces by the lake house and two additional parking spaces on top, off the main road.
A series of well built stairs and landings leads you to 120' of natural, private, gradual lakefront. Swimming is excellent and the two permanent docks aid in your enjoyment and water activities. Boat whips will secure your boat while you rest till your next excursion and a canoe or rowboat with life preservers is also available. Excellent fishing in this cove! Restaurants and wineries are only a short drive away. Enjoy!!
