Living/dining area - Benidorm Vacation Rentals This property is an ideal home away from home for a couple (or a couple + 1) wishing to enjoy the fabulous beaches, restaurants and/or clubs of Benidorm - while still enjoying peace, quiet and spectacular Mediterranean views. Our luxury one bedroom apartment is in a newly constructed building and has a large terrace that offers fantastic views over Poniente beach, from both bedroom and living room. Waking up in the morning to the sun rising over the beach and sea beyond is truly an experience to behold. Electrically controlled "black-out" curtains in both the bedroom and the living area (with sofa bed) ensure your ability to sleep in, if desired! Or, get up early and relax on the chaise lounge on the terrace off the bedroom, watching the light change on the beach below. In the evenings, enjoy the Mediterranean sunset as you sit on the terrace, sipping a bottle of Spanish wine. The tastefully furnished apartment has everything required for a perfect stay, including a fully equipped kitchen (including toaster and coffee maker) and in-unit washer/dryer. Guests can also enjoy use of the building's two swimming pools and two tennis courts. There is enclosed parking for one car in a designated space near the elevator. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk away and offers a wide choice of bars and restaurants, whilst the main town of Benidorm is within less than a 10-minute drive. A car is not required, however, as there is a regular bus service running in front of the apartment building which you can use to get into town - or to Carrefour (hypermarket) - within minutes. In town you can connect to other buses, or the train, to explore other local beaches and towns. The apartment has the advantage of being situated in a quiet location but close to all amenities. Benidorm has much to offer whether you are looking for lively nightlife, a relaxing beach holiday, or the attractions of the theme parks such as Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia or Mundomar (sea world). The town, as well as the local indoor shopping center, offers a range of shops from designer to bargain and the hypermarket has a huge variety of food and drink to suit all nationalities.
