Why the Owner Chose West Hollywood
We wanted to be close to UCLA, but in a neighborhood like West Hollywood, with more of the best that LA has to offer. We chose a quiet street with trees that still offers urban life within an easy walk.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We love living in a house with old Hollywood charm but modern amenities. Going for a similar best-of-both-worlds approach, we have some kids-only spaces, but most of the house retains an adult feel totally free from kiddie clutter. The indoor-outdoor aspects of the house (both living and dining rooms open onto our courtyard) is perhaps the most notable aspect of the house.
