Named "Paradise on the Beach" at Sunset Beach by many guests this premier Direct Beachfront two-story, two large bedrooms, three full baths, executive style house affords the best in style and luxury on the North Shore. This very private and quiet gated property sits on over 55+ feet of white sandy beach with direct ocean views of Sunset Beach from every room, including the kitchen. You will afford the best location, the best property, with the best price the North Shore has to offer!
The property is designed with high vaulted ceilings in both the upstairs bedrooms, berber carpet throughout, walk out sliding glass doors upstairs and downstairs and vast windows which encompass the natural surroundings of the Pacific Ocean. The master bedroom opens to the outside balcony via Anderson double wood sliding glass doors with spectacular direct 180' views of the Pacific Ocean and the white sand beaches of Sunset.
From the downstairs living room and dining room you can step directly out onto the patio deck with sweeping ocean views of Sunset Beach to Rocky Point. In addition, you can walk out onto the white sand beaches of Sunset Beach, Rocky Point and Pipeline straight from the backyard.
The property comes furnished to the highest standard with tasteful and elegant custom imported koa and mahogany furniture throughout the house. Bed linens are of the highest quality 400 count Egyptain combed cotton as well as the bath towels. Beach towels are provided for each guest as well.
The huge double room master suite includes a pillow-top king bed and an additional sofa sleeper in the adjoining sitting area, along with a 37" LCD Flat Screen HDTV. The master bedroom upstairs opens to the outside balcony with 180' panoramic ocean views overlooking Sunset Beach and the Pacific Ocean. In addition, the master bathroom comes complete with a double granite vanity countertop and private bath. The second bedroom upstairs has a pillow-top queen bed, an additional futon couch, its own private full bath and ocean views. All three bathrooms have custom made granite countertops.
If needed, there is a fourth sofa sleeper located in the living room with a private full bath. The gourmet kitchen boasts all G.E. stainless steel appliances as well as a G.E. four burner gas stove and convection oven for all your dining at the property.
Enjoy outside barbecues on the sun deck with the gas BBQ grill and your favorite drink while watching whales swim by as the sun sets over the Pacific Ocean. Listen to the waves crash on the shore as you tan on lounge chairs on the patio deck or on your own private beach directly outside. Watch the "Pipeline Pro" and World-class surfers tackle the huge waves of Sunset Beach and Rocky Point from the backyard or balcony of the master suite during the winter. Stroll down to the beach from the backyard for a swim, surf, beach walk or snorkel during the summer. Afterwards, rinse off in the outdoor hot shower under the warm trade winds. This beachfront estate is truly a gem on the North Shore!
The property comes standard with high speed WiFi internet access throughout the house, two large flat screen LCD HDTV's, Ipod connector, fax, copier, and scanner should you need to check in with the office back home while you watch the waves lapping on the beach in front of you!
The property is located on the most desirable stretch of beach on the North Shore called the "Seven Mile Miracle". You can walk directly from the house on the beach to Sunset Point, Rocky Point, Pipeline and even Waimea Bay!
Enjoy the miles of bike paths that run along the length of the North Shore from the property with the two beach bikes that are provided. Less than one mile away is the famous Teds Bakery and less than two miles away along the bike path is Foodland Supermarket and Starbucks Coffee.
Turtle Bay Resort and Spa is a short five minute drive where you can find several fine dining restaurants, and the best golfing Hawaii has to offer. Site of the Senior PGA and LPGA tours, the Turtle Bay Golf Course offers 36 spectactular holes of championship golf on two fabulous courses. There is also a first rate spa that can cater to any of your special needs.

I admit I was wondering whether or not the place would really be like the pictures and description online....the only difference was that it is even better in person! Four adults and two children spent a week at this house, and we simply did not want to leave! The owner was fabulous to work with through the months of planning and our week there. The house was unbelievable...SO nice, exactly like the pictures, but the pictures can't convey the true beauty of the place. The private beach was perfect. The yard was enclosed (the hedges in the picture block direct access to the sand below, and the side gate has a lock) so very safe with our kids...no chance of them wandering near the ocean without our knowing. This privacy allowed us to keep swimsuits, beach gear, coral and coconuts we picked up during the day on the picnic table and lounge chairs at night. The kitchen was fully equipped...beds were very comfortable...bathrooms were nice and the house was beautifully decorated. The sunsets at night visible from the kitchen/living room and backyard were like postcard photos. The warm outdoor shower was perfect after a long day in the sand. We drove up and down the North Shore visiting bays and beaches and bakeries (Ted's - pie for breakfast, lunch and dinner!); the handy location but safety and privacy of this home was perfect. I can't say enough wonderful things about this house...but I really want to stress that you will NOT be disappointed at all when making this your Oahu vacation home. "Paradise On the Beach" is exactly that...and we will definitely return!

This home and location is so beautiful, relaxing and perfect that my husband had to pry my fingers off the door when it was time to leave. If you love listening to waves crashing and absolutely gorgeous surroundings then this is the place for you. Neat, clean, well equipped, good amenities and location location location. Very easy transaction and owner very pleasant and easy to work with. This home shows the pride of ownership and we got everything and more we wanted from our vacation.

We stayed at paradise on the beach for a one week honeymoon! It was wonderful! We wish we were still there! Having the beach at your doorstep makes for fun days, beautiful sunsets, and relaxing nights. The location is very convenient, right between Laie and Haleiwa! We had an amazing vacation, and are already dreaming about going back!

Paradise on the beach was perfect. We stayed for 8 glorious nights with our family of 4. The proximity to the beach, grocery, Starbucks, and (of course) Ted's bakery was perfect. We were looking for a house on the beach on the North Shore that was well appointed, comfortable, and quiet...Paradise on the Beach did not disappoint. The owner was most hospitable and helpful. I recommend this house to anyone looking for the perfect Oahu vacation. Feb 2010.

This house is AMAZING!! We live in a beach town as it is - so as travelers we tend to be pretty picky...Paradise On The Beach met and exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful. The view is specatular. The bikes were a plus for sure! You have close access to everything (although - it is hard to leave the house!!). We really enjoyed riding the bikes to Turtle Bay or Haleiwa for breakfast or lunch. We also loved that even though the house is right on the beach (seriously) it felt secluded and private (I think we only saw a handful of people over our 12 day stay). We will be back without a doubt!

Paradise on the Beach was fantastic! It is well situated on the north shore and easily accessible. All the pictures on the website are accurate. The property is well-maintained, secure, and shows pride of ownership. The owner was very communicative both in the rental arrangement process as well as during our week in Sept. Would rent again on another visit to Oahu.

Paradise on The Beach was a dream come true. This house had everything my wife and I could have ever wanted. Perfect location, outstanding house, and a spectacular view. This is our fourth year back to the Paradise on the Beach. I guess you could say we love it! The house is perfect, right on the beach. We love relaxing ,surfing, and riding bikes to Teds Bakery, Foodland and Starbucks. This is one of our favorite vacations we do with our family.
