Our cozy 2,000 square foot luxury townhome is set on the slopes of Keystone and borders the Snake River wetlands. You can walk to the slopes in 5-7 minutes or take the free shuttle. We also back to the convenient biking and walking path that leads directly to the Mountain House or the River Run base camps.
This professionally decorated, 2-level, 3 bedroom townhome has a gourmet kitchen. The living area has a river rock fireplace, a master suite with a jetted tub in the master bath and a wrap-around balcony with mountain views from the family/dining area. There is also an attached double car garage.
We will consider long term rentals!
Pets Are Not Allowed and No Smoking (Due To Allergies).
Nearby Dillon/Silverthorne have shopping centers, including a great outlet mall. You are a short ride to nearby resorts which include Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, A-Basin and Vail Ski Resorts. The A51 Terrain Park is super for snowboarders!
Keystone boasts two amazing golf courses. These have made Keystone one of the nation’s most respected golf resorts. Keystone has been rated one of the top golf resorts in the country by "Golf Magazine" and "Golf Digest".

We are a family of 5 and use the home regularly for all seasons that Keystone and Summit County have to offer. We ski, hike, bike, swim and basically, just have fun.
The most important thing is that we get away from the city to relax, enjoy family time and learn to appreciate our time as a family together.

We have owned many properties in the Keystone and Summit County area but when we found out this home was available, we snapped it up. It is perfect for our family and the location cannot be beat. It's just comfortable!
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
Our prized times as a family come when it's pure family time. We do a lot of hiking and biking, walking the beaver ponds, playing on the slopes in the summer and winter, horseback riding and just enjoying the towns of Dillon, Keystone, Silverthorne, Frisco and Breck.
