Why the Owner Chose Ludington
Julie and Darren both love to get away from the city to relax whenever possible. Ludington has a wonderful small-town feel and is close enough to home for short trips, but far enough to be "away." We look forward to spending time outdoors together as a family, so the sandy beaches and active state park are perfect for us!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love the gorgeous view of the lake from the condo, surrounded with windows on three sides. Julie enjoys seeing family and old friends. Darren enjoys still being able to get his cardio workout in downstairs in the excersize room. Nick loves the indoor pool all year round, morning and night!
Great playground for kids! Scuptures and benches for adults. Gazebo for summer activities. Right across the street from the condo. Start of the waterfront walkway to the lake/beach.
USS Badger travels from Manitowoc, WI to Ludington 1-2 times per day during Spring, Summer, and Fall months. You can see the Badger come in/out from the condo terrace!

Julie and Darren are both GM employees down in the Detroit area, but love to get away to Ludington any time of the year! Nick is in 3rd grade. Julie grew up in Ludington and still has family in the area, and Darren and Nick have come to enjoy it as a home away from home. This Condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Amenities include pool, hot tub, big screen TV and spectacular views. The Condo is close to town/shopping including McDonald's Bakery, groceries, restaurants, the harbor, and the beach! For those that grew up around the Carferries, you can have amazing views of the daily arrival and departure of the Badger from the condo's wonderful deck that is cookout ready. My family highly recommends this condo. The owner obviously takes pride in doing business in Ludington, and it shows in this wonderful rental.

This was our second year of staying here in a row and hopefully we can book it every year! The location is great. The condo is top notch. Fully furnished and very clean. Everything you need is in this condo! The patio outside has a grill and overlooks Lake Michigan. Couldn't be much better.

We had a great stay at this condo with friends over the 4th of July holiday. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could possibly need. We really enjoyed the patio, it was spacious and the view of the marina was awesome. It was so nice to be able to walk to shops or dining. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of four vacationed in Ludington in July 2009, our first trip to Michigan. This condo is a "WOW". Located on the top floor, beautifully furnished with continuous large windows for a fabulous view of the marina and Lake Michigan. We had a garage parking space with enough room to store all our bikes. The location is great. We took walks along the waterfront and daily bike rides around town and relaxed in the pool and hot tub. The big fluffy towels were a perk. The kitchen was fully stocked for anyone who loves to cook. The loft bedroom was a hit with our kids. The keyless entry doors allowed access without needing to keep track (or lose) a key. Close to shopping, hiking, beach. We figured a walk to House of Flavors and back for ice cream = no calories gained! .The smaller details of this condo really sets it apart. We highly recommend staying here!

Spacious, modern condo that has a gorgeous view of Lake Michigan and plenty of light to enjoy the beautiful scenery. My family and I had a wonderful time biking the State Park, walking around Ludington, and relaxing on the deck. Very close to the public park so it was perfect for our young children. Condo has all amenities so we were able to watch movies on the huge flat screen TV when the weather turned poor and cooked dinner each night. The deck was perfect for sunsets and the gas grill was a hit with my husband. An excellent vacation, will definitely return!
