This is a beautiful new (just completed Feb 2009) custom built spacious beach home on 2nd row in NW Lincoln City, Oregon. This fabulous home has breathtaking views from every bedroom and entire main floor!!
You will literally be steps away from the beach, as our home is kitty-corner to NW 15TH street BEACH ACCESS. BEACH access is DRIVE ON! Wheel chair accessible.
This beautiful home is tastefully decorated to give you a comfortable and relaxing vacation experience as you enjoy the views of waves and surf from our amazing Oceanside windows. All furnishings are completely brand new--from the furniture to the linens!!
You’ll never be at a loss for something to do at our home with so many extras including; Hot tub (with wind protected walls and a ROOF), Ping-Pong, Foosball, Air Hockey table, PlayStation 3, 2 arcade machines, library, ALL PLASMA TVs/DVD, "OVER 50 DVDs", wireless internet access, stereo, home theater set-up, board games, card games, puzzles, BBQ grill, beach toys, or just sink into our comfy massage chair by the fireplace and read a good book.
This home will fit all your needs with three full-sized bedrooms, open Great room with adjoining NOOK room and dining (dining seats 14), fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, two decks (one with gas BBQ grill and an eating area. The other with hot tub! Both decks are overlooking the ocean and have amazing views.)
All linens provided.
Check-in time 4:00 p.m. and check-out time 11:00 a.m.
Three upstairs bedrooms: one executive master suite will have a King Bed and a queen size futon...AMAZING VIEWS.. Master bath with jetted garden tub...second bedroom has 2 queen beds and an amazing ocean view. Third room also has 2 queen beds...also with amazing ocean views. ALL bedrooms have access to a covered deck w/phenomenal beach view!! and the hot tub.
All beds feature Simmons Beauty rest pillow top mattresses and luxury bedding!!
Fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, SLAB countertops and a bar that seats three), adjoining dining with HUGE table for seating up to 10, adjoining Great room with fireplace, plasma TV/DVD/, surround sound, built-in video library with over 50 DVD's and full ocean-front windows wall to wall. There is also a Queen sleeper in the great room.
This home has plenty of parking for 3-4 vehicles (depending on vehicle size.) Additional off-street parking is available.
Beach access is through the NW 15th street access, which is located across the street and three houses south (approximately 150 feet.)
Super close..we truly are located in the perfect spot!!

I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for your wonderful hospitality. The beach house was unbelievable and left many of us speechless when we first walked in. It still had that "new house" smell and aura. All the amenities of Sea Breeze more than made up for the cloudy weather!
