Ocean Park is an almost new condominium complex located between the Main Beach Park and Fort Clinch State Park. Historic Downtown Fernandina is less than 2 miles away. The Main Beach Park has seasonal life guards, skate/roller blade park, putt-putt golf and other facilities for the entire family. There are many fine restaurants within a 5 minutes drive. Fort Clich State Park offers history, hiking, biking, and many other activities.
Ocean Park is approximately 800 feet from the waters edge. You will find an excellent view from this second floor unit. The complex provides a large designer pool with waterfall, spa, and sun deck. There is also a deck with Weber gas grills and picnic tables for our guests to use. The condo is a spacious 1620 square foot with 10 foot ceilings. In addition, there is a large deck to enjoy the sunrise in the morning, a place to relax in the afternoon or while having dinner on your own private balcony. The living room features a sofa/love seat and an entertainment center with a large TV, VCR, DVD player and stereo. The dining area has seating for 6 plus 3 barstools. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Both bedrooms have TV's, while the 3rd bedroom has twin beds. There is also a laundry with full size washer/dryer. All linens and towels are furnished, along with a fully accessorized kitchen. You can shield your car from the elements in your own private garage, where you will also find beach chairs.
This unit is very tastefully decorated with a nautical theme. You will not be disappointed with this rental. Just take look at the pictures and you will see why.

We have had a great time at the condo with our friends for the UGA/FL game! The condo is very well decorated and spacious, which was great for our group. Thanks so much for your hospitality and making us feel welcome! We hope to be back again next year and look forward to the DAWGS WINNING!!

Had a family event and part of us stayed in your condo. Everything is beautiful! Loved the lighthouses. Celebrated a birthday and enjoyed the beach. We come to Fernandina all the time but our first time staying here. We will definitely keep this place in mind for next time.

We had the most wonderful time here! It was our first trip to Amelia Island - and we will definitely be back. We usually go to St. Augustine, but this is so much nicer! We enjoyed a boat ride on the Cumberland Sound, exploring the fort and beach at Fort Clinch, but mostly spent time swimming in the ocean. Just going a few blocks further north gave us almost a private beach. Your condo is lovely with so many nice extras. We especially appreciated the beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again.
