Our beautiful island home is the perfect place to relax. The eastern view from the large front picture window is of a lush conservation area where incredible sunrises will greet you as you start your day.
The spectacular view out the back is of the large 15' x 30' in ground heated pool and the beautiful lake that is full of wildlife! Watch turtles, many varieties of birds and more animals as you relax poolside. The pool can be accessed from the master bedroom, the dining room, the family room (which is connected to the kitchen) and a guest bedroom. In the evening you can also watch the sunset over the lake behind our home.
Our home has been completely remodeled from the inside out. The fully equipped kitchen has new granite counter tops, cabinets, ceramic tile and stainless steel appliances. There is even a granite pass through window from the kitchen to the patio for al fresco dining.
The master bath and guest bath have been completely remodeled with ceramic tile and granite counter tops. All of the bedrooms have also been updated. There are four bedrooms that will sleep 8 and a pull out sofa will sleep 2 in the family room off of the kitchen.
The home is all on one level and offers easy accessibility for everyone. The 2 car garage is attached.
We also have 4 adult bikes and 5 children's bikes for our guests to use. One of the children's bikes does have training wheels and we also have a bike trailer for children.
The Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation, Ding Darling Wildlife Sanctuary and the new Sanibel Recreation Center are all less than a mile away by car or bike.
Most importantly, the BEACH is a short walk away with private access. Even during the busiest times on the island, the beach at the end of the access, is never crowded. There are no big resorts on the beach by the access, only private homes. The shelling is amazing! Many treasures to be found! We have beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels and pool toys for our guests to use along with a large beach cart that is perfect for taking items to the beach!
You will love this home if you are looking for a place to stay that is extremely private and quiet with beautiful views and exceptional amenities.
