"BLUE MARLIN" is a beautiful BRAND NEW HOME completed in August 2008. This custom built spacious beach home in NW Lincoln City, Oregon has ocean views from wall-to-wall windows. You will literally be steps away from the beach, as our home is kitty-corner to NW 15TH Street Beach Access. Beach access is Drive Down & Wheel Chair accessible!!!
This beautiful home is tastefully decorated to give you a comfortable and relaxing vacation experience. All furnishings are completely brand new-from the furniture to the linens!!
You’ll never be at a loss for something to do at our home with so many extras including; Hot tub (with wind protected walls and a Roof), Air Hockey table, foos-ball table, 2-arcade machines (one shooting + one golf challange), Wii system, video games, library, All Plasma TV's/DVD, over 60 DVDS, wireless internet access, stereo, home theater set-up, board games, card games, puzzles, BBQ grill, or just sink into our comfy massage chair by the fireplace and read a good book.
This home will fit all your needs with three full-sized bedrooms, open Great room with adjoining kitchen bar(seats 4) and dining (dining seats 10), fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms,two decks (one with gas BBQ grill and an eating area. The other with hot tub! Both decks are overlooking the ocean and have amazing views.)

Three BEDROOMS: *Executive Master Suite: King Bed & Queen size sleeper sofa...GREAT VIEWS from master suite. Master bath with jetted garden tub. *Second Bedroom: Queen bed, Bunk bed, and an amazing ocean view. *Third Bedroom: King bed and a Bunk ***ALL bedrooms have access to balcony w/phenomenal beach view and the hot tub. ***All beds will have Simmons Beauty rest pillow top mattresses(even the twin bunks!)
Fully equipped KITCHEN: * high-end stainless steel appliances *Tile counter tops, oversized island and bar that seats 4. All utensils, pots, pans, beautiful dinnerware, toaster, blender, coffee pot, electric tea kettle, silverware...all you need.
Adjoining DINING Room: *Huge table for seating up to 10 in a spacious dining area.
GREAT ROOM: *fireplace, *plasma TV/DVD, surround sound, built-in video library with over 60 dvd's, *wall to wall windows with ocean views, *Big, comfortable sectional sofa and ottoman that has a pull out full size sleeper for 2, *and a high-end full body massage chair that you will not want to share!!

PARKING: *The house will have parking for 3-4 vehicles (depending on vehicle size.) There is parking for at least 4 vehicles directly in front of house and more then plenty off-street parking.
BEACH ACCESS: *through the NW 15th Street access, which is located across the street and three houses south (approximately 150 feet)Super close. We truly are located in the perfect spot!! *the only access in Lincoln City that has an option of driving down onto the beach *Wheel-Chair accessible.
