Pines, birches, sky & wildlife surround you with tranquility and at night the moon and stars are hauntingly beautiful. The house is surrounded by a deck furnished for grilling & dining. The spacious upstairs is 2 private sleeping areas/3 twin beds, full bath w/shower. Downstairs is bedroom, full bath w/shower, kitchen/dining/living and sunroom. Autumn in the Flambeau and Chequamegon Forests is unforgettable & astoundingly beautiful. Explore backroads to classic knotty pine supper clubs and resort town of Phillips for antiques & shopping. Take Rustic Road to Timm's Hill Park in an Adirondack virgin forest. Relax at the house to read, watch movies & cook with friends in the fine kitchen. With a full basement, laundry and large garage, the house is excellent for long term rentals. 4 Dish TVs. Excellent, comfortable furnishings. I chose this location rather than waterfront because it offers more privacy & solitude.

My main career is in the law, but my passion is real estate and creating memorable homes. I immediately purchased this remodeled farmhouse when I discovered it and saw the design of the house and the privacy of the setting/grounds.

The house is a special place of light and tranquility. The area is quiet, undiscovered, serene.
Price County is filled with forests and lakes; each season offers unfolding natural wonder.
Some guests discovered the area via the New York Times Book Review/Best Seller List--The Story of Edgar Sawtelle takes place in this area.

Step outside the door and walk by lakes everywhere. Small-town ambiance. Scenic daytrips.
Inside, the house is a wonderful destination --eclectic mix of Danish modern and vintage resort furnishings. Great place to watch TV & movies, read, grill out, cook. This place is well furnished--Limoge china if you want (which even ruffed grouse hunters have enjoyed using).
