Built in 1929 this French Normandy style is truly a wonderful retreat! Restored over the years, it has most of it's original window's and hardwood floors. Three bedroom's and 2 Bath, dining room, eat in Kitchen that seat's six.
New stainless steel convection /reg. oven and double drawer Fisher P. dishwasher. kitchen is complete with spices, coffee pot, blender
and all amenities needed for cooking.also has a flat screen TV with DVD for you to watch when your cooking! great place to gather.

Living room with wood burning Fireplace, A beautiful Armoire holding all the amenities you need for entertaining. There are vintage hutches throughout the house storing fine dishes, books, movies to watch The home has vintage Chandelier's sprinkled through out, lending to it's old world charm.
The Garden is a wonderful retreat all on it's own, Boasting hand painted mural compliments of another local artist.
A fabulous vintage fountain surrounded by a pond With an avocado tree and giant bird of paradise, palm trees and vines cover the property and in season the smell of Jasmine is all around. the deck is situated off the House, covered with wisteria(in season) it is furnished with the finest accessories Woodard wrought Iron tables and chairs, chase lounges, and a 54" glass table top. A wonderful place to dine after a hard day at the beach!
The Master Bedroom is extra large over 550 sq' with triple sliding doors leading to the Deck, The master and middle bedroom both have pillow top mattress and all room have feather bed's and goose down filled comforter's.
The home is bright and sunny, French pass through doors separate the dining room from the kitchen.
The third bedroom is Shabby chic style all rooms have hand refinished vintage furniture done complements of Allard Designs studios in Redondo Beach.
The middle Bathroom has been restored with a 1920's vanity hand painted with a brushed Nickel sink and faucet, It has one of a kind chandelier with wall sconces and silk beaded shades. The house is charming and functional, A one of a kind must see! Cozy, great location 2 blocks to the sand. There are three entrances to our home, it is quiet private, perfect if you want to be away from all the noise of the big cities, but close enough to everything. For those of you travelers who are not familiar with South Redondo Beach here are some Major city's next to us- Santa Monica 12 miles, 1 mile to Hermosa Beach, 2 miles to Manhattan Beach, Hollywood & Vine a car's drive away, Rodeo Drive,The Grove, Disneyland, all within driving distance, Knot's Berry Farm, Sea world, Beverly Hills We are 15-20 min to all major freeways for those who want to explore. Drive along the Pacific Coast Highway through Malibu to Santa Barbara stop at some of the most beautiful beaches along the way. A beautiful ride.
