Located 30-minutes from the famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, a five-minute drive to the Boulder Creek Golf Course and 15 minutes to Big Basin Redwood State Park. This home has 3 large bedrooms and a library, which can double as a 4th bedroom.
Each main bathroom has a large Jacuzzi tub. It has a swimming pool and a Hot Tub sits on the deck. This home has 3 fire places and a 43' plasma TV.
For additional accommodations two large motor homes with slide out living rooms are parked in their own motor home ports.
These motor homes will accommodate up to 10 extra guests in complete privacy. Motor homes are priced at $100 per night extra.
A perfect place for family reunions, weddings or company retreats. Motor homes are only rented in combination with the main house.
