This is a beautiful town home in Terra Verde where guests get to enjoy all the comforts of home but with the amenities of a first class resort. This town home villa has 3 separate bedrooms and two and a half baths, plenty of room for all your guests during your Orlando vacation. Enjoy 1243 square feet under cool air conditioning, or head out onto the patio for a little time outside at your own Spa. Only a few steps away is our fabulous clubhouse, where you can take a dip in the pool, work out in the fitness facility, check on your email at the Cyber Cafe, or order a refreshment at the Tikki Hut. Kids will enjoy an outdoor play area.

Downstairs consists of a large open plan, living, dining and kitchen area, as well as a laundry room and bathroom. The family room leads out through the double doors into the private court yard area with garden furniture and your very own hot tub. The court yard is secured with a surrounding wall and gate.

The stairs lead to the 1st floor hallway which takes you to the three bedrooms all of which are decorated to a high standard. The master bedroom host's a color TV with Cable and an in suite bathroom. The breathtaking views from this room overlook the lake and private court yard.

The second and third bedrooms are located to the front of the property. One room has a full size bed and the other one two single beds, closet and ample storage space, and share the third bathroom.

We provide all linens for beds, bath towels, stereo (CD & radio player), 2 TV's with Cable, DVD Player, Washer and Dryer, Dishes, silverware and utensils, place setting for 6 people, microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and a private Hot Tub.

  • We stayed at Terra Verde from Feb 14 to March 14. We realy enjoyed our stay. The minute we walked in, we felt at home. The accomodations exceeded our expectations. The screened-in lanai with the hot tub was great. The complex is centrally located and we had no problems finding our way to the many attractions. The staff at Terra Verde were courteous and helpful. the pool and surrounding area is very nice. We highly recommed the complex and would definitely stay there again. Jay and Anna, Fraser, Michigan

  • Stayed at property Feb 2009 and had a wonderful stay. Clean apartment, very comfortable for 6 people. Clubhouse was nice, our kids loved the pool. Convenient location just 25 minutes from airport and less than 15 minutes from disney. Look forward to a return stay in the future!

  • My husband and I have just returned from a weekend visit to Disney with our grandchildren. The townhouse was perfect for our family - SO much better than a hotel room! The children had room to play, while we saved money on meals by cooking 'at home'. The townhouse was clean and in excellent condition. The owner had thought of everything and was very helpful. We shall definitely stay there again.

  • Great place to stay. The Town Home is very comfortable, roomy, all the upgrades you need, plus your own hot tub. The pool for the complex is very nice too. There is really no comparison between staying here or staying at a hotel in the area. This place has 3 bedrooms, you can fix all your own meals for your visit to Disney, all for a comparable price....if not much cheaper. The Town Home is very close to Disney too...only took about 10 minutes, you'll spend more time waiting for a bus outside a hotel than that. Great place to stay if you are headed to the area for relaxation or a trip to Disney. Owner is the best owner I've ever dealt with on vrbo too.

  • I STAYED AT VILLA LAGO FOR THE WEEK OF THE 4TH OF JULY AND ENJOYED EVERY MOMENT. IT WAS PEACEFUL AND QUIET,A ENJOYABLE HOME AND HOTTUB. ENJOY ALL THE CLUBHOUSE HAD TO OFFER. The hometown is located nearby Walmart and away from Outlet Mall and Disney World just about 15 miniutes.We highly recommend you to consider Villa Lago for your next vacation in Florida.
