I enjoyed a recent stay at this townhome. The amenities of the community were excellent. The home was clean and orderly and had everything we needed for our stay. We were traveling with 3 small children so we especially loved the play area by the clubhouse which was a very short walk from our back door. The ease of check in and out was outstanding. I hope to stay here again on our future trips to the area.

Mi hermano, mis sobrinos y yo estuvimos 3 días en Orlando, elegimos Terra Verde por su cómoda ubicación. El Propietario muy gentil, nos dió indicaciones y sugerencias clave antes de llegar. Es muy difícil encontrar lugares vacacionales donde al entrar logres sentirte como en casa, eso es Villa Lago. Desde la atención en entrada principal, pasando por las estupendas instalaciones de la Casa Club y llegando al Town Home en sí, todo fue de primera categoría. La casa, impecablemente limpia, goza de una distribución muy apropiada y espaciosa, un diseño interior aplicado con gran gusto, y el plus de contar con la practicidad de tener lavadora y secadora. La terraza es deliciosa y el jacuzzi privado da hacia un lindo lago que invita a pasear alrededor. Arriba, las habitaciones son acogedoras y muy cómodas. En minutos pudimos llegar al Cirque du Soleil en Disney Downtown, a Celebration -espectacular!-, a los parques, restaurantes, a los Outlets y a los go karts...! Recomiendo este lugar a todas las personas de cualquier edad que puedan subir escaleras. Una oportunidad que convertiremos en visitas regulares a futuro! Y Usted no busque más, ya llegó a su destino, deténgase, estacione y disfrute de este tranquilo ambiente dentro de la efervecencia misma de Orlando y con la esmerada atención de sus dueños, los Sres. Harrington. Gracias! :-)

On the day I contacted the owner I was under pressure to find a place before arriving in Orlando. When I spoke to him he was friendly, professional and made setting up the deal to stay for the week very easy. I was able to trust that everything would be as he said, paying the deposit, and all the details about the deposit and final payment was very honest. The home was very clean and updated. The complex staff were friendly and the property was attractive and relaxing. The location is amazing only 5 minutes from shopping, food and entertainment. If I would change anything I which that the new vacationer could get into the home sooner perhaps at 1:30 instead of 3, checkout is at 11. My daughter was making the sleeper sofa downstairs and a picture fell off the wall and broke the glass, when I spoke to the owner, he was very understanding and would not accept payment for it, he just asked me to leave the frame on the table so the cleaners could take care of it. Overall we had a great stay and vacation, this place was comfortable and spacious enough for all 6 of us! I hope to stay there again!

My stay at the Terra Verda Resort was an enjoyable one! Near Disney theme parks. Medival Times, Old Disney, and 24 hour shopping center right around the corner. Kids enjoyed 4 days at Disney and came home to enjoy dinner from the kitchen. Supplied board games and especially hot tub was great. Clubhouse was in great condition and just steps from townhouse. Home is exactly as pictured. Homeowner was very understanding and flexible and made special accomodations for our stay. Would deal with again. Thanks!

Enjoyed the stay! Area was neat and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all the gadgets from home and loved the washer & dryer on site. We were able to cook, do laundry and go relax in the hot tub later. Great gateway!

Yo, por razones deportivas de mi hijo, viajo con mucha frecuencia a Orlando. Cada vez que ha estado disponible esta propiedad no he dudado ni por un instante en hospedarme en ella. Me siento como si estuviera en mi casa. Es extraordinariamente acogedora. Ubicada muy centricamente. Es grande, espaciosa y siempre esta impecable. Tiene un jacuzzi espectacular para refrescarse luego de un caluroso dia en los parques, los cuales quedan muy cerca. La he recomendado a personas amigas y tambien han quedado gratamente sorprendidos con esta linda casita. Sin lugar a dudas el precio que he pagado por su alquiler ha sido muy razonable en relacion con su funcionabilidad.

Stayed at property early June 2010 for a week. Really close to all parks(all Disney,Sea World and Universal Studios) which was convenient. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable and very close to clubhouse,pool and tiki bar which made are stay that more enjoyable. Johnny the owner was great to deal with and we had no problems. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We stayed at Terra Verde from Feb 14 to March 14. We realy enjoyed our stay. The minute we walked in, we felt at home. The accomodations exceeded our expectations. The screened-in lanai with the hot tub was great. The complex is centrally located and we had no problems finding our way to the many attractions. The staff at Terra Verde were courteous and helpful. the pool and surrounding area is very nice. We highly recommed the complex and would definitely stay there again. Jay and Anna, Fraser, Michigan

Stayed at property Feb 2009 and had a wonderful stay. Clean apartment, very comfortable for 6 people. Clubhouse was nice, our kids loved the pool. Convenient location just 25 minutes from airport and less than 15 minutes from disney. Look forward to a return stay in the future!

My husband and I have just returned from a weekend visit to Disney with our grandchildren. The townhouse was perfect for our family - SO much better than a hotel room! The children had room to play, while we saved money on meals by cooking 'at home'. The townhouse was clean and in excellent condition. The owner had thought of everything and was very helpful. We shall definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay. The Town Home is very comfortable, roomy, all the upgrades you need, plus your own hot tub. The pool for the complex is very nice too. There is really no comparison between staying here or staying at a hotel in the area. This place has 3 bedrooms, you can fix all your own meals for your visit to Disney, all for a comparable price....if not much cheaper. The Town Home is very close to Disney too...only took about 10 minutes, you'll spend more time waiting for a bus outside a hotel than that. Great place to stay if you are headed to the area for relaxation or a trip to Disney. Owner is the best owner I've ever dealt with on vrbo too.

I STAYED AT VILLA LAGO FOR THE WEEK OF THE 4TH OF JULY AND ENJOYED EVERY MOMENT. IT WAS PEACEFUL AND QUIET,A ENJOYABLE HOME AND HOTTUB. ENJOY ALL THE CLUBHOUSE HAD TO OFFER. We had a wonderful time while staying at Villa Lago. It's comfortable. The hometown is located nearby Walmart and away from Outlet Mall and Disney World just about 15 miniutes.We highly recommend you to consider Villa Lago for your next vacation in Florida. We highly recommend this villa for your Florida vacation. It is in excellent condition and in a great location. The townhome is located steps away from the pool, club house and playground areas. We enjoyed spending time outside in the patio of the villa, it offers a good size H.Tub with beautiful water views of a pond. The patio has also access to a walking trail around the pond. We are planning to go back to Villa Lago again soon!

We had a fantastic time at this immaculate and very comfortable villa in terra verde! The owner was very nice to work with and the villa was in a great location. It was within walking distance to the pool and clubhouse. We were very pleased and will refer friends/family and would like to stay again! Please consider Villa Lago for your vacation...it was great!
