Aloha, our condo is located in the family friendly Waikiki Banyan on the 12 floor. We have a beautiful side ocean view from our large lanai. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area.
The fully furnished living room comes with a queen sleeper sofa. Off the living room and separated by sliding doors is a fully furnished bedroom with a queen bed, large dresser, and a sizeable closet. Off the bedroom is a large, well-lit vanity separated from the toilet/tub-shower area by a privacy pocket door.
The recently renovated, resort-like facility at the Waikiki Banyan includes a recreation deck with a large pool, hot tubs, sauna, putting/practice green, basketball court, tennis court, kids play area, BBQ grills with outdoor table seating and a snack bar.
The condo also comes with free high speed wireless internet and 1 free parking pass.

This is a great little condo. Everything we needed for two people. The bed is really comfortable. Towels are nice and soft. The AC unit works great. Good water pressure. The condo location was very convenient for us. The beach is two blocks away, the canal is two blocks away, the Zoo is four or five blocks away. Brad left a list of places to check out and suggested restaurants. Brad actually went out of his way to help us get another parking pass. We forgot it in the rental car, and Brad contacted the Condo Association, and faxed over information so we could get another one. We really appreciated his help, because we were the ones who forgot it. Great place to stay, would highly recommend it! Alison & Kris

I brought my 70 year old mother, 2 teenage sons and we spent 9 days here in late July to early August this year. The owner’s instruction to the condo is clear and easy to follow. The condo is very clean, comfortable and is exactly in the pictures. We love the 3-part sliding door between the bedroom and living room since it gave my mom much needed privacy when she goes to bed before us. It is also so close, only 1 block walk to beach, that my mom goes walking early every morning while my kids made several trips to the beach throughout the days. The free wireless internet access is also perfect for us since we often use our laptops at the same time. Waikiki Banyan is in a beautiful neighborhood, Hilton and Marriot was just across the street. There are plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoy walking Waikiki streets at night, taking in the free shows, music and especially the crowd. The condo has everything we need, the refrigerator and microwave are a big help since we go out to dinner often and always come back with leftover for the hungry boys to snack later on. From the lanai, it’s also very nice to sip coffee early morning or enjoy a cold beer late evening while watching surfers in the ocean. Parking is very convenient and there is plenty of parking in the garage and the parking pass is great though the entrance is a bit hard to spot from the street. Every other day, we drive around the islands and visit most beach parks. Hanauma Bay is a must see though parking is always full by mid morning so I ended up unloading my mom and kids then parked on the street instead. We also enjoy visiting Kailua and love the cold coconut drinks from the local street vendor. We had such a wonderful time in Waikiki and are looking forward to come back to this condo in the future!

We absolutely loved our time in this fabulous condo. The incredible view off the lanai, the condo’s full kitchen and comfortable bed made our stay wonderful. We were close to everything, especially the beach. We would for sure try to stay in this condo when we return to Oahu.

We have stayed at the Waikiki Banyan for many years and we found this particular property to be very nice and very comfortable. The listing description and pictures accurately portray the unit. The unit was very clean, well maintained and furnished. The owner is wonderful to work and was very accommodating to us. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone. The Waikiki Banyan is located in Waikiki and from the condo you can catch most major bus lines. The Bus is a very good way to get around if your destination is further than you can walk. You will find many restaurants within a few blocks. A number of them offer free Hawaiian music and hula. If shopping for local treasures, you can do so at the International Market which is 4 blocks away. The Honolulu Zoo is one block and the Aquarium about a 10 minute walk. Kapiolani Park often has festivals and music on the weekends. Kuhio Beach and Queen Surf Beach (1 block) are both beautiful white sand beaches with breakwater walls which create a safe swimming place for children. Diamond Head crater is a 30 minute walk (to the entrance of the trail). Food Pantry (4 blocks) and Safeway (15 minute walk) are two good options for food shopping. And Leonards Bakery is 1 block from Safeway...you must go for a world famous malasada! You will not be disappointed in this unit or the location of the building.
