We had a great stay in rotonda visiting the nearby beaches or relaxing by the pool just great. Visit one of restaurants in the neighborhood or have a poolside BBQ. The house is very comfortable and roomy with everything you might need on your holiday. We will certainly come again!

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Excellent, comfortable place to stay. Everything you need to know is listed in a handy booklet put together by the owner. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

This property is an excellent rental. The pictures and info are absolutely correct and reliable. Everything was extremely clean and the pool was lovely and warm. The management company are wonderful and the house amenities are perfect. This house was very close to golfing, the beach, groceries and many great restaurants. The internet and TV/phone all worked very well. All in all, we had a wonderful 3 weeks with 75-80 degrees and sunshine. Highly recommended.

What an outstanding Villa! I've been twice this year already and have had such beautiful holidays. The location is lovely, nice and quiet for a family but close enough to beaches and restuarants. The Villa itself is very well equipped; they have bikes, tennis rackets, books, games and lot's of other things to keep you entertained. The Villa is very spacious, with a large living/dining area and great sized bedrooms.The pool area is lovely, with a bbq, sun loungers and a dining table. The neighbourhood is very nice - you are able to use the tennis court and park and there are cycling pathways to use as well. There are so many lovely beaches nearby - my favourite being Boca Grande where we regularly saw dolphins and Manatee. You can also visit nearby theme parks or other attractions quite easily. If you're lucky, you can even catch a sight of an Alligator in the canal that runs behind the villa! I would recommend this Villa to anybody, I will certainly be back next year. Absolutely perfect holiday destination!!! :)

Wow, what a great holiday and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay whilst in Florida. Having been to the area in the past and rented a dull, off the shelf plain villa, this villa was perfect, great location, nice and quiet and very tastefully decorated, we could tell this was a home not just to be rented out. Great pool and outside area with sun and shaded area to lounge in. We really like the homey touches and lots of extras we were able to use like the bbq, bikes, fishing rods and roller blades!!! Would definitely recommend this villa, with Rotanda being a great holiday location, great beaches, shops, restaurants, the villa just made it even better. Can’t wait to get back next year. Thanks Rob and Elaine for the enjoyable stay in your Rotonda home. Although the weather didn't cooperate we had a grand time, the weather was still better in Florida then it would have been in IL.

Great house, very quiet and well furnished. All our family had a great time there. Great pool, nice(!) gators swimming in the canal. Unforgetable holidays.

Comment Text: Thanks Rob and Elaine for renting us your villa this past March/April. We had a wonderful time there. The house felt like home after a couple of days. The first thing we noticed when we arrived is how clean and fresh everything was. It had everything that we could possibly need and/or want. We liked it so much we have rented it for 8 weeks next year.

Dear Rob and Elaine: This is the first chance I have had to drop you a line. I wanted to tell you what a lovely time we had stayin in your home. This was the first time we have had the opertunity to do this and we truly loved it. Your home was just wonderful to stay in and we had a wonderful time with the pool. We are hoping to do this again maybe in March 05. I was wondering if this is your only rental or if you had another house for rent .
