This cottage was built in 1921 and is on the Rehoboth Beach Historical Society registry. Located in the Pines neighborhood, it’s truly just a short stroll to the beach and downtown.

There are three bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, a wonderful screened front porch, and an outdoor shower. It's stylish, comfortable, and a tad eccentric. This isn't a rental full of junky leftovers or bland utilitarian furnishings. This cottage has soul.

This is an owner-occupied cottage and is rented selectively. There aren’t many like it left today and it's probably not for everyone. But, if you’re interested in a unique summer vacation the way it used to be, then I think you’ll enjoy this little cottage.
