Welcome to our Mazatlan Vacation Property. It is located on truly the Best Beach in Mazatlan. It is located in Neuva Mazatlan, sandy beach ocean front just north of the Marina in Mazatlan.
We are not Agents so you deal directly with us as owners. If you need assistance, we live in an adjoining building during October to April.
We have a large 3 bedroom, 3 bath new deluxe condominium unit. The security coded elevator will bring you to our 4th floor unit right into your own gated secure entrance. We are high enough to enjoy the wonderful view from the huge bay window or the patio. You will enjoy the ocean, watch the waves, see the dolphins at play, the birds soaring, and the boats sailing by.
Our great room is GRAND. The view of the ocean, beach and surf, the indoor/outdoor pool area, the glass surrounded open air hot tub area, our palapa and the shade palapas near the beach which give you the choice of sun or shade is spectacular. Relax on our leather furniture, a sofa, loveseat and two rocker/recliners. Enjoy T.V on our 42" plasma flat screen which is hooked to StarChoice Satelite giving you the option of US or Canadian Networks and lots of sports. Bring any DVD's you want and watch them on our DVD player.
The dining table is large with six chairs to enjoy a sit down dinner if you wish. Or you can enjoy a more casual time on the patio, accessed through the grand room or the Master bedroom, use the Resort BBQ and watch the Sunset from the Terrace by the pool and hot tub. The sunsets are so unbelievably beautiful and yes, there is a Green Flash.
We have a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, two ovens, one being the convection microwave, ice making refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee pot and all other pots and pans and dishes you will need. Make cooking a family event, as observers can enjoy the conversation from the five bar stools placed around the raised counter top.
We have 2 King Sized Bedrooms both with ensuites. One of the ensuites has both a Jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower, the other a nice big walk in shower. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, and has the main bathroom just next to it. Both our guest rooms have their own private balcony with views of the Mexican country side, and overlooking the new golf course. This condominium is new and was used by us only as we waited delivery for our home in Paraiso II next door.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio, or go down to our palapa and enjoy breakfast, or lunch and bar drinks. Spend your day doing what you would like. Your choice could include a work out at our well equipped gym, doing laps in our jetted indoor pool without ever touching the edge, or just floating around more casually in our outdoor pool. Relax having a massage or enjoy sun bathing, a sauna or a steam bath. There are miles and miles of sand beaches for that special romantic walk.
If your choice is more adventuresome, hop a bus just outside the gates of our private property or take a pulmonia (motorized golf cart) and ride the 5-10 minutes into the Golden Zone, shop, people watch, walk the other beach, enjoy the Mexican/Italian/American/Seafood offered at one of the many restaurants. You have so many choices Walk the Malecon, visit the Historic sites and take in all the Mexican Flair Mazatlan offers. See the Central Market, the Plazuela Machado, Angela Pealta Theatre, Museums, Aquarium, Art Museum, or Climb the hill to the Light House. Golfing, snorkeling, fishing, parasailing.
We had wintered in Maui for many years, but found the island got busier and much more expensive. We visited Mazatlan once and have yet to return to Maui. The friendliness of the Mexican people gave us a new focus and enjoyment of their culture, from the food, music and simplicity of their lifestyle, we truly have enjoyed our time here. We hope you will come enjoy our place and fall in love with Mazatlan as we have.

Why the Owner Chose Mazatlan
Louise and I had vacationed in Maui since 1976. In 1989 we purchased our first vacation condo in Maui. We love Maui but found that in the last few years it had become very expensive as a place for our family to vacation. I used to describe it this way. I felt that someone had their hand on my wallet from the time we got off the plane until we left to go home. We sold our Maui property and came to Mazatlan for the first time in 2006. It was love at first sight. We enjoy the friendly people, we like the food and best of all it is affordable in this most beautiful city. Mazatlan has it all. Theatre, great restaurants, friendly people and the very best of accomodation.

These property owners are truly one-of-a-kind! They took the time to actually come over and meet us and welcome us to Mazatlan! The condo was absolutely perfect for our group and the location and view cannot be topped. Wait until you see the sunsets! We have stayed in many places in Mexico but this is the most beautiful. Pristine and private beaches, fabulous service by the property staff. Quite honestly, we felt as if the property was ours alone. A favorite feature was the hot tub and the variety of pools that were available. Service, food and drinks at the Palapa are fantastic! Our two week stay was not long enough. You will not be disappointed.
