As shown on the map below, everything you need including groceries, restaurants, shopping and recreation are within a block of the cottage. In addition, the beautiful village of La Jolla with its many shops, art galleries and restaurants is just a short pleasant walk from the cottage. Less than a 5 minute car ride to Torrey Pines Golf Course, Birch Aquarium, and Westfield Mall at University Town Center. Within 15 minutes of Seaworld, Mission Bay, Old Town San Diego, Del Mar Race Track and only 20 minutes to Downtown Gaslamp District, Seaport Village or San Diego International Airport. Enjoy breakfast on the front porch while you watch beach goers stroll by and the local kayak guides give paddle instructions across the street in Laureate Park. After a beach day retire to the back patio for a barbecue and dine alfresco with family and friends. This home is decorated with brand new furniture, fixtures and appliances.
