And a short 10 to 15 minute drive can get you to Seaworld, Mission Bay, Old Town San Diego, Del Mar Race Track. We (family of 5) stayed here over our last fall break and had a great time. The place had everything we needed for a cool family getaway. The cottage is quaint but has plenty of room and is very well appointed. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The location may not be for everyone since it's kind of on the main thoroughfare. However, we found this to be a very fun and convenient spot. Great for people watching and about 20 steps from the restaurants and shops. We will be back. Thank you!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Great Location in La Jolla. Ideal for a family with 2 small kids like ours. Well maintained, charming and very homely cottage. We were also lucky to have a Christmas tree decorated and setup on a short notice by the owners. It's walking distance from the beach, a few restaurants and a grocery store and a very short drive to La Jolla downtown. Highly recommend !!

What a great place! Close to everything in the shores. Sit out front and people watch. Enjoy the beach just a short walk away. The cottage is clean, well furnished with new items and very comfortable. The owners took wonderful care in seeing to our needs. This is a very nice vacation get away and we hope to visit again soon.

We had a great time at this Cottage. It is in a great location, two blocks from the beach and close to everything that La Jolla Shores has to offer. The Cottage was immaculate and almost everything is brand new. The owner was very accomodating a a pleasure to deal with. Will highly recommend this vacation rental in the future.
