Our home is thoughtfully designed and certified by "Fortified for safer living...", and the "Florida Green Building Council" for compliance with their high standards for safe design (high wind / hurricane resistance) and sustainability. In addition, the home has received an Energy-Star rating. We've received the highest rating from the "Florida Green Building Council" of all houses in Alys Beach, and tops Florida's whole panhandle.

The concept for Alys Beach was to provide luxurious living in a sustainable package. We have achieved and surpassed that goal. The house adheres to the original vision for the town--we have geothermal heating and cooling, xerascape landscaping, earth friendly irrigation and many more features to make the home GREEN, GREEN, GREEN!

We would ask you for your cooperation in keeping your carbon footprint in the area as low as possible, by recycling, riding bikes whenever possible, conserving resources and adhering to the Walton County "Leave No Trace" program for the beach.

Two bedroom, fully furnished Alys Beach house available for short term rental.

Caliza Pool, community center and fitness center access included. We are two lots north of the community center and just east down the pedestrian path (about a block) to the Caliza Pool, and south down the path to the beach.

On site, one car garage parking with door opener provided for your car!

First Floor: Large living room with gas fireplace, spacious dining room and well equipped top of the line kitchen, laundry and half bath.
Second floor: Master bedroom (King sized bed) has a small balcony with french doors overlooking the courtyard. Master closet and private bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Guest bedroom has two twin beds with a private bathroom and shower.

Note: owner keeps private vacation residence with separate entrance on the 2nd floor front of home; this area not for rent or use.
