Brand new in 2008 in the Chesapeake Lofts Condominium Project! It is a beautiful third floor, loft style condominium overlooking a luxurious, large private, gated association pool, sixteen, person spa tub, and BBQ area. This gorgeous two bedroom, loft style condominium sports beautiful loft style features such as original, exposed structural steel, original speed brick, wrought iron spiral staircase and railing encompassing the spacious loft. It also features a large six-person breakfast bar and four setting dining table. Other features include corian countertops, hardwood, ceramic tile, and shag carpet flooring. The bath is very large and includes an enclosed, ceramic tiled, jetted tub and shower combo. Electronic amenities include three flat screen TV’s, MP3/Ipod compatible CD player with remote, DVD player with remote, and high speed, broadband internet access and router. All of the furnishings, appliances, linens, service settings and etc., were new in May of 2008. The condominium is merely minutes from Cedar Point, Kalahari, Great Wolf Lodge, Castaway Bay, fine dining, evening and unlimited entertainment! It is a two-minute walk to the dinner cruise ship and the Jet Express ferry for a ride to the Lake Erie Islands! Lake Erie has world-class walleye, perch, and small mouth bass fishing. Guides are available upon request. Other units may be available upon request.

"Butts" thrown or dropped from the balcony are subject to association and deposit loss. The common elements of the building are NON-Smoking. Cigarrette burns are subject to full deposit loss.

This was our first time renting a condo and I found the loft condo to be an excellent choice for our family vacation this year. We had plenty of room and really enjoyed making use of the kitchen. It was close to Cedar Point and found their was plenty of things to do. I felt like I was sharing a home of a close friend and was treated like so. I will definately put this trip as one of our favorites and hope to return. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a place to stay. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with.

We had a wonderful time in Sandusky and having this condo to come home to each day after busy days at Cedar Point/ Soak City and the multitude of other attractions in and around Sandusky was great! The condo is clean and comfortable and the owner was easy to work with. I would heartily recommend this condo to Sandusky vacationers.

We stayed at this beautiful condo for a week in September '09. We had a fantastic time and can't say enough about the wonderful accomodations! The owner was superb to work with and was most helpful to assure we had all we needed and more....I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation or a fun-filled time at the various places to visit while in Sandusky. You will not be disappointed!

Our family stayed here to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had a great time! The Loft was very nice; ultra clean, and very convenient to many attractions in the Sandusky/Port Clinton/Put-in-Bay area. The loft also is very spacious, especially if you are bringing children. The owner was great to work with, he returned all messages very quickly and made sure we had all the information we needed. If anyone is looking to travel to Put-in-Bay by the Jet Express and not planning on staying on the island, this is the place to be. The Loft is a one minute walk to the Jet Express port. We had a great time and will stay at the Loft again! Thanks Ron!

Family of 7 stayed at the condo for 5 nights. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the loft! The bathroom is big, and the pool was wonderful. Plenty of activites in the area. One block from the Jet Express to the islands, and close to Cedar Pointe. Would recommend this rental, the owner was friendly, helpful, and honest.

We just spent a week at this gorgeous condo - the location was great and the condo was very comfortable and a joy to stay at. We felt very much at home after incredibly busy days going to Cedar Point/Soak City, African Safari and the awesome Jet Express trip to Put-In-Bay (this is a must see island!). The condo was immaculate and everything was perfect for our family of 3!
