In this luxury duplex, you will experience unsurpassed mountain views set against a backdrop of blue skies!
Our home is centrally located with 4 major ski resorts in close proximity. We are also minutes from Main Street Frisco where you can find quaint shops, the aroma of coffee, and delicious baked goods! There are free shuttle buses with numerous stops so that you may visit any of the neighboring resorts or towns. Copper Mt. is a quick drive west on I-70 and Breckenridge is minutes away on Hwy 9. (Both highways are very easily accessible.)
We are only 4 blocks from hiking, biking and snowshoeing trails.
Return from your day of activity to a relaxing place and give those muscles a treat in our fantastic hot tub while watching the sun set behind Peak 1.
Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has designer furnishings which are all modern lodge-type pieces, placed with a decorator's eye to give ample room. The kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom has a queen bed as does the second bedroom. The lower-level bunkroom is a favorite of the kids. There are 2 sets of bunk beds as well as a small crib and high chair, if needed. As you can see, 8 can sleep very comfortably. All beds have high-quality mattresses...no need to sleep on a thin sofa-bed mattress on your vacation!
Come into our living room with high vaulted ceilings and relax on the couch and loveseat with one of our many board games, kid's games, etc. or just enjoy the views out of our grand picture window. You can also catch up on your reading as you warm up next to our Vermont Castings stove in a leather chair and ottoman.

The Unique Benefits at this Luxury Duplex
We love to walk to town for a nice dinner, breakfast, an after ski drink or just coffee. In the summer, we like to hop on the bike trail and ride to Copper Mountain or Breckenridge. The marina, only a few blocks away, is a great place to rent a canoe/kayak, play on the new playground, or grab a bite at the quaint grill. For those that love to shop, Main Street offers many unique antique, boutique, bike/adventure rental and clothing stores. Our daughter has spent many an hour at the bead store picking out makings for jewelry and our older boys love the outdoor sport stores. Downtown is a "mini Breck"...very quaint, nice shops, but not as busy and commercial. It's hard not to love Frisco, whether you just sit on the deck in the hot tub looking at the incredible views or you ski at Breck, Copper, Keystone...or hike to Rainbow Lake just minutes from the house. We know that you and your family will find Frisco to be your favorite hidden treasure as it has become for our family.

Our family has enjoyed many years of fun in Frisco and the surrounding areas. Our home is located in the heart of it all! With its southwest exposure and big picture windows, it has great views of Peak One, Mt. Royal, and Buffalo Mountain and is full of sunlight most of the day. The main level is very open and has plenty of room for dining, playing games or watching movies. With three levels, it works well to give everyone a space of their own.
