Come enjoy memories that will last a life time! Home is built on fast water on Lake Tulloch, water ski, wake board, tube, or jet ski right off your own private boat dock. We have many windows to allow you to enjoy our spectacular lake views and wildlife.
The great room, kitchen and dinning room are all located on the main floor, this open floor plan is great for entertaining and relaxing. There are two bedrooms on the main level; bedroom one has a king size bed and twin bed, bedroom two has a queen size bed.
The lower level has a second great room that is equipped with a wet bar, fridge and microwave. This room has a sofa sleeper and two futons. Bedroom three is located on this level and has a queen size bed.
Master Bedroom is very private on upper floor with an awesome view from it's private balcony,with king size bed on hardwood floors, flat screen tv, modern updated bath with jacuzzi tub for two and steam shower for up to four.
There are three patio areas; patio one is on the main level equipped with gas barbeque and patio tables, patio two is close to the water and a great place to relax out of the sun with patio tables and outdoor futon, patio three is a floating dock that is perfect for sun bathing and diving into the lake.
There is parking for one boat in the U-dock, another boat on the outside of the u-dock and two ezdocks for parking two full size wave runners. All this just steps away from this beautiful home with spectacular views of the lake and open land dirrectly accross from it.
There is plenty of vehicle parking on the oversize driveway.
Copperopolis is home of LAKE TULLOCH, the new Copperopolis Town Square, and Saddle Creek Golf Course. We are one hour to Yosemite and 30 minutes to Murphy’s wine tasting, Moaning Caverns, Big Trees, Oars Rafting, Horse Back Riding, Hiking, Movies, Plays, and Antic Shopping. There is a local gym that you can join for only $15 per week or $7 per day per person.
