The villa has a spacious floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a master suite upstairs with lanai and a bedroom downstairs with full bath for complete privacy. The master suite has a luxurious king-sized bed, dual sinks, soaking tub, separate shower, walk-in closet and a scenic lanai. The lanai is the ideal place to catch the sunrise or to retreat with a good book. The bedroom downstairs has a queen- sized bed and full bath with tub and shower. A pull out queen bed is available for more sleeping.
The gourmet kitchen, with state of the art appliances and granite countertops, is fully equipped for casual to formal dinning. Creating a delicious island meal is simple. Basic spices are provided and fresh ingredients are available at local farmers market or grocery stores nearby.
The living room features an entertainment center with surround sounds for the TV and stereo. We have an assortment of DVDs, books and games available. There are laundry supplies for the washer and dryer. And for your convenience, we have beach towels, mats and cooler to enjoy your day at the beach.
The complex offers two spectacular swimming pools with lava rock waterfalls, hot tubs, children’s wading pool, gas barbeques, fitness center and tennis courts. The complex also has tropical landscaped courtyards, ample guest parking, and a clubhouse.
We bought our villa at Waikoloa Beach Resort the first time we stepped foot on this stunning paradise. It was “love at first sight” for us. We hope you will enjoy your stay and experience the pleasures of paradise as we have.

It was the perfect home away from home. The villa was immaculate, well equipped and located in a great area. The house was kid friendly with beach toys, books and games. We enjoyed breakfasts at the patio lanai. There are BBQ grills near the complex pool. The villa was conveniently located near great restaurants (we love Merrimans), an upscale deli market and picture-perfect beaches like A-Bay, Hapuna and Mauna Kea. The Hilton with its Dolphin Experience was walking distance next door. We had a wonderful time at the Villa and will return.

The condo is absolutely beautiful! Its well equipped and very clean. It worked out great for us with our 1 year old son. The condo is very spacious and the master bedroom was well furnished and decorated. That whole neighborhood seems very nice and secure. The condo is close by to two shopping plazas which was very convenient to get Starbucks or do a little shopping. You absolutely can't go wrong with this condo. We would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Kona!

We give an enthusiastic recommendation for this excellent vacation condo. It was just me and my wife on this trip in January 2010, but this is the perfect place for a small family or for two couples since there are two bedrooms - upstairs and down. The interior is very clean, spacious and pleasingly decorated, and the condo neighborhood is safe, quiet and peaceful. We prepared most of our meals here, but there are several restaurants nearby. The condo is very well located in proximity to the Hilton and Anaehoomalu beach - both easily walkable in about 20 minutes. So, you do not have to get in the car to have great beach days - which is important to us. This is the perfect place if you want to relax and be close to the South Kohala region beaches and sites.

WOW!!! This 2Bed/2Bath Townhouse was over the top in what I expected from the photos. It was immaculate, very well decorated, and extremely comfortable. The selection of movies was great and lots for children and kids too. Lots of peace and quiet. The sunrises and sunsets were unbelievable. The fitness center inside the complex was air conditioned and made it easy to excercise w/o the humid outside weather. The pool was especially nice. With a BBQ and relaxing environment great for evening chill time. The location is perfect. It's next to the gate which makes coming and going easy. The Queens Marketplace has great shops along with the Farmers market(better produce) Don't forget to stop off at Costco after you land. It's about 3 miles to the RIGHT after you exit the airport, Staples like milk, eggs, bread, water, are way more affordable along with GAS!! Waikoloa is to the LEFT of the airport, just 13 miles or so. Hapuna Beach (Gorgeous) is just a few miles north on the Queens HWY, just before Mauna Kea. Rated Best Beach of all on the BIG ISLAND and U.S. Opportunities like these are few. I'm glad we stayed and are already looking forward to our next trip. Returning home was the ultimate dissappointment. I video-taped 3 minutes of morning scenery from the patio. It already is a screen saver I retreat to when I need Paradise at a moments notice. Walking into the Townhouse gave me a feeling of Home Sweet Home. This is not your typical Vacation Accomodations. All the comforts of home and literally just minutes from the beach and golf and shops and more. I especially liked the quiet atmosphere outside on the patio and the upstairs balcony. Listening to the birds chirp without the sound of traffic back home made paradise in Waikoloa a place to return to. The spacious living room and all the conviences of home made it especially easy to know I wasn't sacrificing any home type luxuries. The wifi was especially helpful when it came time to navigates our next days travels to the various locations to explore. Even beach accessories like swim fins and snorkel masks made it fun to watch the underwater activity. We are already planning our next trip. We can't wait to return. The photos shown are nice, but walking in the impression is soooo much greater. Enjoy!!!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is spectacular...clean, comfortable, high ceilings. 5-10 minute walk to golf, whales breaching by the shoreline. 5 minute drive to A-Bay, swim, snorkel, phenomenal sunsets. Farmers market has better fruit than I have ever experienced in life which is great to enjoy at the beach, in the condo's kitchen or out on the lanai in the morning. The villas pool and hot tub were well maintained and the neighbors seemed to truly have the Aloha spirit. Only problem I found is that after staying there for a week, returning to the Mainland was a let down. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful condo! Well decorated and comfy. There are two bedrooms and very spacious in general. If you like to cook, you'll like the kitchen and all that is available. Theres also a swimming pool and BBQ grill near by. The neighborhood is very quiet and at night you can just hang out on the patio and enjoy the evening breeze. The beach by the Marriott is just a short drive away. Also near by on the resort are the king and queens market places. Be sure to check out the market, they have great prepared foods there. The airport is not far either and the rest of the big island is easily reachable by car. Def consider this awesome condo if you're ever visiting the big island! Aloha!

We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay at this very well appointed home with so many thoughtful amenities. The home is absolutely gorgeous with an inviting Aloha spirit in its decor. We enjoyed our stay so much we didn't want to leave. We look forward to coming again!
