The upstairs has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed. There is also a loft area with a futon. The views and sunsets from the back deck are breath-taking! The downstairs has 2 bedrooms, one with two bunk beds and one with a queen sized bed. There is also a bathroom and another kitchen with granite countertops. A washer/dryer is included and the place sleeps nine legally.
Activities include swimming, boating, golf, fishing and fabulous restaurants. The house is located 35 minutes from both historic Boston and Cape Cod. This is a place you will want to return every summer!
