The renovations included new granite counters, new sinks and faucets, new shower heads, new California Shutters on all windows and doors, new sofa bed couch (queen) and chair.
Our property is ideally located in the heart of Whistler Village North, just steps from the lifts, and all OF Whistler's resort amenities. Once you arrive in our home you will not need a car until your departure.

I am sure our home will suit all of your needs. It is located in a great central location with the pool and very large spa just 20 paces from our patio door. The unit is well equipped with many extras. You can use the free shuttle bus out the front of the unit to the lifts but why bother when it will take less time to walk to the lifts in your ski boots. Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in a home?
Our townhouse is located in what has been voted Whistler's best location! You have the convenience of being a few steps to all the village activities while you can be comfortably away from any commercial properties such as bars, restaurants and shops who's hours can be longer than yours. You are a very short walk from restaurants, grocery stores, and shops as well as the ski lifts.
We have a fully equipped ground floor (no stairs!), one level, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse with pull out queen bed in the living room. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin up top and a double on the bottom (picture on this site). The unit has a warm feel to it and is outfitted with everything you will need to enjoy your trip including a ski boot dryer. It is highlighted with pine and oak furniture as well as very tasteful art work. The master bedroom has a queen sleigh bed (picture on this site), TV and en suite with jetted tub. The unit is very well equipped including a fireplace, washer/drier, dishwasher, microwave, bread maker, Espresso machine, breakfast grill, (all necessary cooking utensils, basic cooking ingredients, and appliances), TV, VCR, CD player, games, a wide variety of video taped movies for all ages, and much more.
The complex has a heated pool and a very large hot tub which is conveniently located in the inner court yard 20 paces from the back patio door.
The townhouse is very centrally located and you would not need a car during your stay. The property is "Sunpath at Stoney Creek" which is located 100 yards from the main entrance to the village (Northlands Blvd and Village Gate Blvd). The townhouse is walking distance (500 - 600 yards) to either Whistler or Blackcomb lifts.
The unit accommodates a maximum of 7 people comfortably. GST tax of 6% is the only additional tax that I charge. There are no other additional hotel taxes involved (typically 10%). The rate includes the unit being cleaned upon your departure (the kitchen and dishes are the guests responsibility) if your stay is 5 nights or longer (if you are staying less than 5 nights there is an $85 cleaning charge that will be charged at booking).
