  What a lovely spot for all of us! Gorgeous condo with a beautiful view, perfect beach and lagoon for saltwater swimming and playing. Clean lap pool for all. Snorkeling & whale watching. Lovely golf course. We thought it was perfect!

  We stayed in this unit from 3/4/13 to 3/11/13 and fell in love. The owner, Jon, was so easy to work with. He was very prompt in answering all our questions. The unit was perfect as we were traveling with 2 young children ages 2 and 6 months. In the unit there were plenty of beach toys and also a pack n play which was perfect for the baby. The furnishings and amenities were excellent. The view from the lanai was AMAZING. Check in and check out was a breeze and the staff at the resort were so kind and helpful. I researched several units and this unit came with more amenities then others. It was great to have access to the gym and also towels were provided each time we went to the pool and beach. Everybody in our party had a great time and we are looking forward to coming back next year. We LOVED everything!!!

  This condo was exceptional. The location and views were spectacular. The interior was luxurious with a huge lanai. Beach toys and chairs were included in a closet for our use. The owner was friendly and prompt with communications. A great vacation!

  I usually find whenever we look at vacation places, the photos we see online or in brochures rarely live up to the reality of the place itself. In this case, we were very pleasantly surprised. The villa is even better that the photos. It is pure luxury! Everything is pristine (and I am a very picky mom of three kids). The oceans views are some of the best we have seen! The kitchen was wonderful with all the essentials and then some. Our kids had the best time swimming in the lagoon and we really enjoyed the fact that our lagoon and pool area were not over crowded (as you would expect in July). In fact, we walked over to the Disney lagoon one time and found in comparison there were too many people. Also, the owner, was great to work with and very responsive to everything. Thank you Jon for sharing your fabulous villa with us.

  This beautiful condo is everything as described, and more. Owner is very responsive and responsible - a pleasure to work with during the reservation process and for quick questions that came up during the stay (immediate attention to wifi connectivity at the property). The views are absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed sitting out on the lanai, appointed with beautiful and comfortable wicker furniture. We've also stayed at other units at the Beach Villas, but having access to the 24/7 concierge, towel service and fitness center (which I understand is not available at all units) was a huge plus. All cooking material is available at the condo, which was another benefit when traveling with children. The unit is beautifully furnished and well maintained - and we would recommend this highly to others. As a bonus for us, there is a printer in the unit, which helped my husband take care of an urgent business matter and to print out boraring passes etc.

  Our family stayed in this condo for a week in April, 2011 and it was hands down the best vacation we'd ever had. It's hard to know where to begin. This unit is on the ninth floor and has a stunning view of the pacific and absolutely amazing sunsets. The kitchen is a joy to work in (designed by Roy Yamaguchi of Roy's restaurants) and the owner has included some top notch appliances, including a VitaMix blender which made incredible smoothies in the morning and frozen mixed drinks the rest of the day. Probably a good sign that I've hit middle age is that my favorite feature in this condo were the beds. We slept in the master and our son slept in the queen guest bed. They were the most heavenly beds I'd ever slept on. We have a very nice mattress at home in Seattle but these mattresses were flat out amazing. And the sheets felt like about 5000 thread count. There is nothing like a day in the surf and sun followed by a luxurious night's sleep. Every room in the house has a HD flatscreen TV and in the main room, the TV has an awesome surround sound system. We watched Harry Potter 7 on BlueRay and I kept looking outside to see what that strange sound was only to realize that it was part of the movie soundtrack! The pool is wonderful and not too crowded. There were lots of kids for our 8 year old to make friends with. Also, there are 4 grills by the pool area and I'd come down most nights to grill things up and have a beer with the other dads doing the same. We ate each night on the large lanai and watched the sunset. There is also a private cabana-style bar by the pool that is open every afternoon. You can sit at the bar sipping a Mai Tai and look out at the pristine lagoon. There are other properties in Ko Olina, including two Marriots and the brand new Disney property. We took walks to look at them and really felt like the Ko Olinia Villas was the nicest property with the best lagoon. It's smaller and more private without all of the tacky music and overpriced restaurants. We also saw the inside of a few other villas at Ko Olina and while they are all nice, very few have the commanding view that this one does. The owner has really gone to great lengths to make this unit feel like your a millionaire. We've never returned to a vacation destination twice (considering all the places to see in the world) but this vacation was so perfect and we enjoyed this villa so much that we're already planning next year's trip back. Highly recommended!
