  The condo was perfect for a couple and the loft was great. The condo was very clean and had everything in the kitchen that we needed. We enjoyed the perfect location. It was close to downtown and an easy drive to the White Mountains. Rob was very easy to work with. We would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Great place to stay for a couple. Location is within walking distance to shops and etc. Lots of great hiking trail to explore while you are there. So many thing to do in the area. Rob was great to work with.

  A very nice place to stay. The location is right on Main Street in Lincoln. Everything was within walking distance. The condo was clean and quiet. The view was beautiful. Rob is very easy to do business with. This is a place I would definitely stay again.

  We recently stayed in the condo over Labor Day weekend and were very pleased. The condo is cozy, comfortable, and in a great location. Rob was great to work with and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

  The place is ideal for a couple. It has everything you need and is in a very convenient location, being within a 10 minute walk from three restaurants and shops. There is a nice view of the mountains from the front balcony and the Pemigewasset River, which can be viewed from the common deck in back, is 50 yards away. The owner, Rob Monnes, was very pleasant to deal with. My wife and I hope to go back.

  WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND ENJOYED OUR ACCOMADATIONS IMMENSELY. I WOULD RECCOMEND ANYONE TO RENT THIS SUITE. IT REALLY WAS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY.

  From start to finish, this was an excellent vacation. Rob was very easy to work with, yet professional and efficient in taking care of lease details, etc. The property itself was wonderful, and exactly as advertised. We were within a short drive of all the sites we wanted to see, and had a wonderful time hiking in the mountains and enjoying the cool New England summer. I would definitely go again. Sue

  This was a very nice condo. Everything that you needed was available. The town of Lincoln is very nice. We had no problems at all with making the arrangements. The lodge had all the amenities you could want. My wife and I were very pleased with this rental and would rent it again in a second. Mr. Monnes was very nice to work with.

  After looking around for weeks to find the right place in the White, we hit the jackpot with this condo. It's just the two of us, so this was perfect. Loved that it was on the Pemi river....had a picnic lunch, very romantic! Rob was great, he made the whole process very easy. Would definitlel rent again.

Fall ..... Sep 01-Dec 15 ... $ 80-$100/night ... $400/week.
Winter ... Dec 16-Mar 31 ... $100-$140/night ... $750/week.
Spring ... Apr 01-Jun 15 ... $ 75-$100/night ... $400/week.
Weekends have a 2 night minimum; Holidays have a 3-night minimum.
Rates include condo cleaning upon checkout and all resort fees.  9% tax separate.
