Deluxe condo at Lincoln Station, a Four Season activities resort, with mountain views on the Pemigewasset River sleeps four comfortably.

Top floor, studio with loft is 590 square feet, has a deck, a queen bed in the loft, a queen pullout couch in the living area, jetted bathroom tub, and A/C.

The full service kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave to make all meals. All linens and kitchen utensils are provided in the condo.

Two Cable TVs with DVD/VCRs.

This riverside resort is 1.5 miles off Interstate 93 and contains every amenity: indoor heated/outdoor pools, indoor jacuzzi, gas grill w/ picnic area, game rooms, Pemi River access, tennis courts, indoor ski lockers, FREE wireless Internet access and MORE!!

Washers/dryers, game rooms, and locker rooms are located in the basement. Large outdoor sundeck overlooking the Pemi River and a Common Great Room with huge hearthstone fireplace.

  • Great place to stay for a couple. Location is within walking distance to shops and etc. Lots of great hiking trail to explore while you are there. So many thing to do in the area. Rob was great to work with.

  • A very nice place to stay. The location is right on Main Street in Lincoln. Everything was within walking distance. The condo was clean and quiet. The view was beautiful. Rob is very easy to do business with. This is a place I would definitely stay again.

  • The place is ideal for a couple. It has everything you need and is in a very convenient location, being within a 10 minute walk from three restaurants and shops. There is a nice view of the mountains from the front balcony and the Pemigewasset River, which can be viewed from the common deck in back, is 50 yards away. The owner, Rob Monnes, was very pleasant to deal with. My wife and I hope to go back.

  • This was a very nice condo. Everything that you needed was available. The town of Lincoln is very nice. We had no problems at all with making the arrangements. The lodge had all the amenities you could want. My wife and I were very pleased with this rental and would rent it again in a second. Mr. Monnes was very nice to work with.

  • After looking around for weeks to find the right place in the White, we hit the jackpot with this condo. It's just the two of us, so this was perfect. Loved that it was on the Pemi river....had a picnic lunch, very romantic! Rob was great, he made the whole process very easy. Would definitlel rent again.

  • We just returned from a week at the Lodge at Lincoln Station. We had a wonderful time. The condo was very neat and clean. My daughter loved the jacuzzi tub and we had a hard time getting her out every night. She also loved the indoor pool and made sure to swim every day. The location was great, close to everything. Our favorites were Clarks Trading Post, Santa's Village and the Lost River. I would definitely recommend this rental to any one traveling to Lincoln. Rob was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

  • Wow, after emailing with Rob we decided to book our 6 day family vacation at this condo in Lincoln.  Having never been to Lincoln or the lodge before, we were not sure what to expect. All I can say is my 2 1/2 year old and 6 year old were broken hearted when we had to return home.  Fantastic accomodations, LOVED the pools, condo was very clean.  Staff at the Lodge were great - We now know where we want to go for vacation every year!  Thanks Rob!
