This holiday home, in prestigeous Ranch Park, has been named Sandyland Gardens by Sandy's neighbors. It is a very unique property, took ten years to landscape and must be seen. There is a wild area directly behind the house, kept in it's natural state where the birds and squirrels come to feed. Rolling lawns wind though the multi-levelled gardens to ensure a very challenging game of extreme croquet. Sandylands has hosted weddings, garden parties and countless extreme croquet tournaments. A state of the art sprinker system, recently installed, has allowed the gardens to be expanded to what it is today, complete with irrigated bird baths, hanging baskets and more. Full high voltage outdoor lighting has been installed so a game or a walk through the garden can be enjoyed after dark.
This property also comes complete with a Sony Bravia HD TV, a blue ray player, a video library and a PVR. Also you will enjoy the central air conditioning, the electrostatic air filtration and the remote controlled fireplace in the winter. The security system is also state of the art, although this area is quiet, safe and secure. The system is monitored for everything including fire, heat and smoke for your added protection. The end bedroom has it's own computer for your convenience. The middle bedroom has a bunk bed, with a double down and a single up. The master with it's King Size Bed, washroom, also has a TV/DVD combo.

Sandylands is a very unique and special place. You will surely enjoy the state of the art environmental system, which cools the home in the summer, and heats the home in the winter, as well as purifying the air. 2005 is the first year of holiday rentals at Sandylands.
